I am highly allergic to gluten and even though they don’t have a gluten free section on the menu, I really wanted to try their steak salad, but I didn’t want to be one of those people, you know that are an annoying hassle. The waitress assured me it was fine and she’d ask the cook to clean off a part of the grill before cooking the meat for me. It was excellent and I had no adverse reactions. I really appreciated that extra effort.

I’ve always appreciated Publix for just being an overall awesome store with great employees but my appreciation has grown recently since i’ve had to go on a gluten free diet. I’ve always loved their Wraps from the Deli and was super happy to find out they have gluten free wraps available. After having to cut out a lot of my favorite foods I was glad to find out I didn’t have to cut out their wraps. Sandy in the deli is always super nice and helpful and so are the other workers in general. 5 Stars boi
