This was our first time here and first time with Filipino food. And Kapatad didn't disappoint! Granted it was the first but definately the best Filipino food we've eaten. :) The good: First the location is super convenient and unassuming. Easy to park and welcoming staff. The service wasn't too aggressive but I'd say enthusiastic. Watching to see if you need something without actually bugging you. Pretty much what you want. Our waiter gave us some great suggestions on what to try and the right spice level. It was spot on. I ended up with the Pancit Bihon which was a Filipino noodle dish with shrimp. Super simple but bursting with flavor. My daughter ordered the Mongolian Beef, she wasn't too adventurous but she loved it. What could be improved: The menu could probably be a little more descriptive for first timers to make a better choice but we took a chance and it worked out. I'm vegetarian and it was easy enough but the menu could probably also use some simple markers for gluten free, nut free etc. The only thing that wasn't awesome was the veggie egg rolls. I wouldn't get those again, sort of a super oily version of something that you'd pull out of your freezer. Overall - definitely a hit. And worth a visit.

My Fiancé and I found this place and it’s been great because of her gluten allergy and everything is labeled online. Unfortunately the food is unlabeled when it is take out so we just guessed and are hoping for the best. Wish us luck!

This is a delightful place; it’s quiet, great personal service and the food is great. I usually don’t eat a lot of Chinese but Seven Spice has healthy option even for gluten and dairy free. Orange beef is delicious and moo shu chicken and shrimp are two of my favorites.

Adorable small soup and sandwich shop. Seats about 5 inside and 16 outside at tables. Health conscious, only uses olive oil. Vegetarian, vegan AND gluten free options while still offering meat as well. With juices, smoothies, soup, sandwiches, wellness shots, golden milk, coffee and kombucha, there's something for everyone. :)

An Austin landmark. Always delicious, fresh, reasonably priced, and fast, with lots of choices, including healthy ones. Friendly employees, clean dining room and bathrooms. Plus almost everything is gluten free, including the delicious pecan pralines. A+++, don't ever change Zuzu!

SSSSSSSSSSO this place was fantastic. The crabs cake were great and the pizza was just as good. Lots of gluten-free food which is ssssssssssso important for me as someone with an allergy. I even go to meet Josh which is one of the chefs. Great experience and can’t wait to go back.

So excited for this location! I lived by the old Kesos by UT. Love what they've done to update this space. Very refreshing, clean, and great tacos! Staff is nice. I'm gluten free too and they have great options.
