This place is fantastic! My wife and I are vacationing in Corpus and are so glad that we decided to give Chops and Eggs a shot. The food was amazing, the presentations were beautiful and the staff was on point, friendly and accommodating. The comments about this restaurant being expensive for what you get are crazy! The portions are HUGE! We actually ended up splitting the Chorizo Hash because we didn't think we'd be able to finish an individual meal ourselves when looking at the plates of other tables (and we were glad we chose to split). Those commenting as such are way off base. The tables are tight together, but the way I see it, it just keeps me from having to sit outside on a wait list as they were really busy when we went, but we were able to be seated right away. The staff was quick and meticulous about clearing vacant tables when people left to keep the flow going. And I'm positive if there were any issues with our meal (and there weren't) they would have worked to make it right, then and there (so no need for bad reviews people! Speak up!) this is a nice restaurant with a lot of options for everyone (vegetarians, gluten options, kids etc) and we would definitely eat here again anytime.

Finally had Zambra Fusion Cafe for lunch! This is a vegan meal but they have a bunch of vegetarian, gluten free, non gmo, and organic options! And yes they serve meat too if you’re not into the healthy stuff! 10/10 recommend!
Tim was our waiter this evening. Let me just say. Wow!! What an experience with him. Great all around! Made sure our drinks where filled.Answered all my questions for GLUTEN FREE options. His whole demeanor was pleasant one! A ++ service from Tim. The food was really good too! I most certainly will come back!

This little place was an actual D’lite! Hosting over 20 Girl Scouts (pre-planned), and rocked it. The whole place was clean, there was plenty of room for everyone, and the girls loved the ice cream!
I tried the rocky road which tasted much more rich than the regular chocolate I ended up getting. The chocolate was very light tasting, because of the healthiness of their ice cream, I didn’t feel full but happily content with my portion. Their prices are insanely reasonable and our gluten free kiddos were included too.
We have been very pleased with them. Lots of ingredients, very good gluten free crust. Consistent across locations since they weigh and measure everything. Quality of toppings is quite good. Fast service. This is a take and bake store. Probably the best commercial pizza.

This place is so nice! If you have a gluten allergy this place makes a homemade gluten free crust and its not flimsy and thin like everything else. Their crust has such good flavor and their sauce and topping are very fresh! We met one of the owners and he is a very down to earth guy! Its a place we love coming to!

Nana was our waitress, twice now, and that lovely NEEDS A RAISE!! She knew what we needed and wanted and my MIL has to have gluten free..Nana didn't miss a beat she says "I GOT YOU"
Food was DELICIOUS!! MIL and I was "mmm here and mmm there" I am very picky with burgers and Neko's Burger hit my fancy that when we went back...I GOT IT AGAIN! I really need to try something else from there as I know it will be on point!

Friendly staff. They were closing in 20 min. They did not rush us or appear impatient that we were there so close to closing. My son is gluten intolerant, the young man changed gloves and took precautions not to cross contaminate him. It would have been a miserable trip home if he had not.
I have only lived in Corpus for about a year and a half, and I have been searching for a great breakfast restaurant, being a breakfast lover! I have not been impressed at all with any of the places that I have sampled, except this little gem of a place! What a find, I stumbled across! The food is so fresh and flavorful, and the people who own/work there are so lovely and accommodating! They made gluten-free pancakes, special, for my friends who traveled here from out of town, and they tasted amazing! This restaurant is my new fave, and I can't wait to try lunch there, next! I recommend this restaurant to whoever wants a tasty meal and a good experience!
A diverse menu with excellent options and a rare dessert makes this spot a must-visit; just don't expect the same server on your next trip!

Haven't been to Outback in years and regret it. My daughter has celiac and they have a ton of options, including a dessert which is extremely rare. Corey (sp?) was an awesome server, very familiar with gluten free menu and super friendly. We will be visiting again in the near future. Our only negative is that we are traveling and can't come back to this exact location with the same server.
A little communication break down with the wait staff on my visit but good experience overall. Turns out they can make most anything on their menu gluten free, all you need to do is ask.
I got stir fried jalapeño chicken, it was spicy and flavorful. I will happily return.

They have so many category and options. Gluten free, vegan, protein shakes, weight management. I personally love the slim trim with chocolate. Add ons are all 99cents so it's easier when figuring out the price
We found this place at 9pm when all our normal options were already closed, and we were pleasantly surprised! The place is run by a husband (chef) and wife (hostess). They were kind, and understanding and made us something outside of the menu to accommodate our dietary needs (gluten free and vegan) at a very reasonable price. We had a great experience and we have added this to our list of restaurants for next time we're in town.

Come to eat with 2 kids and our waitress Corinne was amazing! She was really great with the kids too. I have an allergy to gluten and she helped me find menu items I could eat, really going above and beyond! Would come back more if I wasn’t just visiting from out of town!
I ❤that they offer gluten free bread. The Italian sandwich is delicious, so much meat in my sandwich well worth the price. Tuna salad sandwich delicious too. Tea excellent!
