Love being able to go to a restaurant and not have to worry about being able to find something gluten free on the menu. The staff is amazing and can tell you exactly what is safe for you to eat. ❤️
This is by far the worst location in the history of All Chik Fil A establishments. I know very well as my son is a manager in Dallas for a location. They’re rude. They have continuously messed up our orders when we paid extra for gluten free items at that or extra cheese. We called for over 40 min 5x when our order was incorrect and no answer at location. We understand it gets busy but bit like that in a small town like Victoria. The manager will hang up on you when you speak to them the next day and tell you there is nothing they can do to assist you and as you place any order through the app you need to only and solely contact support. We will never come back to this establishment or location. I own a business with 45 employees locally. We will never order catering again and I will make sure everyone we know never comes to this Chik FiL A. It’s truly sad the employees at this location and the poor service.

My mother and I love Olive Garden, it is always our first choice when we go out together. My mom is highly allergic to gluten, therefore she always picks the gluten free items. However, no one ever told my mom (in the many years) that we go to Olive Garden that the “ meatballs”that come with the gluten free spaghetti are made with gluten. Our waitresses were Joann and Tyler. They were both very attentive and cautious about my moms gluten intolerance…thank you both for telling my mom about the gluten in the meatballs; as now she thinks if she ever went home and got sick in the past from eating them??? We will be returning back to this location in the future, thank you again for your wonderful service.

Wonderful customer service! They helped me choose gluten free items (gluten sensitive symbol on the menu). Came to our table twice to ask if we were happy with our orders. Very clean and nice place.. new in 2023. Good sandwiches!
Pizza of the month was delicious. They also offer cauliflower crust for gluten free diets, it's the best! Buffets during lunch and Wednesday & Sunday evenings.
We went in today and tried the sushi menu, I wish I remembered their names but 2 servers were absolutely amazing to us- I have a gluten free diet at current which can get tricky with Asian food as most soy sauce and alot of sauces have wheat. The girls took some time walking me through the menu, asking the kitchen when needed and requesting the food a certain way to ensure my diet was met. I honestly cannot express how amazing these girls were, super accommodating and understanding. We will be going back and now I know the menu well enough to know what I can have! The food itself was a good deal for what you can get, we left stuffed and satisfied!
I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. The wait staff and kitchen staff understand how important this is. They have a gluten free menu that has great choices!
I'm celiac which means I cannot eat anything with gluten in it. If I do I get sick. The wait staff was so caring and went to the manager to see what I could safely eat. She came back with 2 side items, grilled chicken and the vegetables. Both were yummy!
I drive 45 miles one way to Marcos they have the gluten-free pizza as we'll as many dishes that are gluten-free. The staff are always polite. The food has great flavor and it is always clean .I love this place
