The absolute best place for breakfast, lunch, or just a quick stop in for a latte or some baked goods. They have the actual friendliest and most attentive staff, the most delicious food, and they even have tons of gluten free and vegan items. My favorite place in southern Vermont (maybe all of Vermont?), hands down. Plus they even have matcha lattes now too!

Food and atmosphere was great! I have celiac and the waiter and kitchen were very attentive and knowledgeable! The have gluten free bread, rolls, and pizza. I had the burger which was incredible and the roll was one of the best gf rolls I had. The owner was super sweet.

The food at Folly was some of the best (if not the best) that I've ever had. Graham is an incredibly talented chef and Jade was an absolute pleasure. We can't recommend Folly highly enough. The ambiance was relaxing, the food was incredible, and the service was wonderful. The chef was even able to cater to members of our party who were Celiac and dairy free. We can't wait to dine at Folly again!
