The vibe is lively, with a diverse menu that offers plenty of exciting options, though the labeling could use a little work.

Nearly everything on the menu — including the chips — is gluten-free! Their new printed menu doesn’t show GF menu items though, strangely. The waiters were confused that nothing was labeled and had to go back to consult with the old menu. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
An enjoyable lunch spot with a cozy vibe and well-marked menu options that'll satisfy your cravings.

I almost put four stars but then felt guilty. The reason being the portion sizes seem small for the price, but I'm going to add the caveat that I live in a rural area, where things are dirt cheap. So it's likely my bias. That aside, the food was great. I got a ham and brie and they had gluten free bread which is always exciting. Gluten free is well marked on the menu. overall, a nice little lunch spot.
This vibrant spot offers a chill atmosphere, beautiful decor, and a selection of colorful, nutritious meals that are perfect for any occasion.

I LOVED this place, I could eat gluten free, healthy food and enjoy the venue's lovely ambience. Due to having more free time than I had anticipated I ended up here several times, slowly becoming more familiar with the lovely staff there. I cannot recommend the cauliflower bowl, it is DELICIOUS, yes, really, I had it every time I went, it was filling and healthy, and just tasted so good. I was also able to enjoy a sweet treat with my coffee's too, which was the literal icing on the cake!
The prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere was fantastic, I was able to put my laptop on and work away, watching the coming and going of customers whilst enjoying a beverage or two. Genuinely, this was the best place for food in the main street area - bravo.
With a cozy vibe and a menu that caters well to various diets, this spot shines with rich flavors and thoughtful service that makes dining a pleasure.

My wife and I had an amazing experience and meal here. My wife has celiac disease and normally when we go out to eat the questions we have about gluten free options are usually seen as an inconvenience or burden. Our visit tonight was quite the contrary! Paul went through the menu item by item and did it with an enthusiasm that shows his love for serving others and love for food. The meal was exquisite and next time we are in Charlottesville we will be back. Ask for Paul!!!
A cozy gem in Charlottesville with an impressive menu and surprising availability, perfect for a quality meal without the long wait.

I've been here several times for lunch and dinner, it is always astoundingly good. I have gluten sensitivity and they always accommodate me very easily and I always feel like I have a lot of options on the menu. Some stand out dishes for me are the potato cake with smoked salmon, the trout amandine, and the chocolate mousse. If you're going for dinner, the pork chop is a very solid choice, but it's hard to go wrong with basically anything. I would say the risotto is okay, maybe a little under-seasoned but I can't really find anything else to fault this place for. All of that said, it's somehow still pretty easy to just walk up and get a table on a seemingly busy night. I don't know how they do it in such a small kitchen but it's awesome. If you're looking for a high quality place to go for a lunch or dinner in a medium price range then this is the place, one of my favorites in Charlottesville after living here 5 years.
Tucked away on a top floor, this cozy spot features unique Bedouin-style seating, a variety of teas, and an eclectic vibe perfect for a chill break.

This was such a quaint spot to stop into while browsing the Downtown Mall area of Charlottesville! It’s a little hidden and we stumbled upon it by accident, but I believe that adds to the charm of the place. It’s on the top floor so you will need to walk up steps and I didn’t see an elevator for those with mobility concerns. At the top you’re greeted by a Bedouin themed area with both table and chair seating and traditional Bedouin style seating (low tables and cushions for seats). There is also a private seating area in the back with similar Bedouin style seating and a few outdoor table/chair seats.
Although it has varying tea options, there were a decent amount of food options as well. The restaurant is vegetarian with a decent number of vegan options as well. They do also have the option to add salmon to some of their dishes if you prefer meat protein. Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free options are labeled on the menu so no need for guessing. We ordered Blossoming Tea, the Smoked Salmon Sandwich with a side of Dahl, the Coconut Cardamon Cake, and the Vegan Spice Cake. First time trying dahl so for those who also haven’t tried it before, it’s made of lentils so tastes like a grainer porridge. We enjoyed the spice cake but found the Cardamon Teacake a tad dry. The Smoked Salmon Sandwich was wonderful.
As a tea enthusiast this was a great visit, but this is also a must visit if you just want a cool place to take a break or if you want a cozy spot to eat. Will visit again if in town.

AMAZING breakfast food. Absolutely delicious place. And they have gluten free bread! It's a little on the small side but it was the perfect amount for a quick bite.
Enjoy massive, high-quality subs that can double as lunch and dinner, complete with a sweet treat, and great for large orders!

Very good 8-inch subs! Sort of pricey but the quality and size justifies it for me. (If I eat a Pueblo for lunch I don’t need to eat dinner at all.) Each one comes with a mini cookie (or peppermint patty if you’re gluten free) as a post-lunch treat which is also good. They’re very prompt with online/delivery orders and if you order for a large group their bags are labeled well. It’s definitely my go-to sandwich spot in town, and an easy rec for most people!
Enjoy a cozy vibe with excellent offerings and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those with dietary needs.

We had a great time here. The food and drinks were excellent. Our server Kevin was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable eating there with food allergies and sensitivities. Even with gluten allergy and lactose intolerance, I could have their chocolate cake for dessert! Would love to go here again.
A top spot in Charlottesville for exceptional quality dishes and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for casual meals or special events.

Very nice atmosphere for a comfortable dinner with my two children and husband. Food was fresh, good quality, and well seasoned. The staff was very friendly, and it’s a really nice refuge from the downtown Charlottesville.
Hummus was re absolutely delicious, and so is the falafel.

Food that will literally make you cry of happiness. With so much flavor, an absolutely fantastic wine selection, and such a great friendly and outgoing ambience, Fleurie is my new favorite restaurant of all time. Gluten-free choices abound too. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here. Fantastic mixed drinks--the special for the day was a refreshing paw paw drink. Our meal was really tasty and they assisted in catering to my husband's gluten-free needs. We ordered the seafood board, the goat cheese & fennel (loved that each bite had a unique explosion of flavor ranging from tart, sweet, tangy) and ended our meal with "Mr. Rech" (rich chocolate dessert served with macaron and a praline parfait) and a blueberry/cardamom parfait. The space itself is very cozy. A hidden great place to spend your evening on the downtown mall.
My wife and I ate here tonight and it was really good. We ordered a salad, antipasto, and a gluten free pizza. Everything was excellent and the gluten free pizza was probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve had. The hostess and waitress were both really nice and we really enjoyed our meal so we will definitely come back again.

This place is a hidden gem, fantastic homemade food for absurdly low prices. The food came out fast and the staff were awesome as well, just an all around great experience. I've been here a few times now and it never disappoints, especially in terms of gluten free options since most items on the menu use corn instead of wheat flour. Try their taquitos or gorditas, then for dessert get some coconut flan. You really can't go wrong here.
