Loveliest hole in the wall spot !! Beef pho was so tasty and the women who owns the place was so sweet. I showed her my Vietnamese gluten free coeliac card and she read it all and understood and showed me what i could eat. Highly recommend, overshadowed by the busy bahn mi 25 next door - but this place deserves hype, give this spot a try!!

Michelin star restaurant with local Vietnamese food! Great food at even better prices! Best to make a reservation if possible - we got our hotel to make a call to the restaurant for us.
Staff were able to accommodate gluten-free restrictions which was great! Ordered 3 mains shared across two people- we were stuffed!
Also worth noting that they have a 2 hour limit on dining time.
For those with gluten allergy please note that the tofu dishes contain soy sauce so you might want to avoid that.
I have coeliac disease and showed them my gluten free travel card explaining what I can NOT eat. The staff didn't take it seriously and gave me food that contained gluten though I asked several times about the sauces and the sushi rice.
I got suspicious when she brought us miso soup which is normally never gluten free.
To make it worse: we found out that they have a dedicated list with gluten free items and the ones to avoid for the staff to look at. And the one who served us didn't bother to check the list.
Otherwise the food and place was nice and with a competent staff member I would not spend the rest of my holiday severely sick.
Expect an accommodating vibe with fast service and top-notch translations for travelers, making it a breeze to enjoy the experience.

We are gluten free and the staff went out of their way to ensure the food was gluten free. Very good at translating English for those travelling. Delicious food and fast, friendly service. Nothing was too hard.
