Last night my boyfriend and I discovered this wonderful restaurant in the center of Trapani, as it promised to provide the entire menu with a gluten-free option. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the dishes, always revisited in a modern key, by the excellent welcome of the staff who, in addition to being highly trained, made us feel at ease; all surrounded by an excellent wine list and a worthy location.
