If you’re looking for a quick, convenient bite while exploring downtown Colorado Springs, this is a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have which options can be gluten free marked on the menu. They also indicate when gluten & dairy free is not possible. It is a shared kitchen but they are careful with cross contact, including making the gluten free baked goods with fresh equipment and ingredients and baking at a different time.

Always a special and amazing experience! The courses can be ordered a la carte or as a 4-course meal consisting of cheese fondue, salad, main entree (wide selection) with desired cooking pot, and dessert fondue. *Gluten Free and vegetarian options available. Bear in mind that you will spend at least 1-1.5 hours here if going through a full 4-course meal. The food is outstanding, well-prepared, and paired with an amazing selection of sauces (7 different sauces) to enhance flavor. The entree food is given all at once and is portioned for individual cooking (you do it yourself). The experience is easy, with dippers and cook times provided. I recommend the herb-crusted chicken and teriyaki marinated steak! The drinks are fantastic! Each drink is mixed well with options for every taste. The service has always been outstanding. The wait staff and managers check often and are open to inquiries and feedback. I had Isiah the last time I went and he was interactive and offered pristine attention to detail. The decor and ambiance is great for romantic, celebratory, or causal encounters. The Melting pot can cater to whatever occasion and offers a variety of add-ons to find that special something. I’ve been to the melting pot many times, never have I been disappointed.

First time trying Dutch Bros and was super impressed! They have an extensive allergy menu that shows any items with wheat. The only other four sources of gluten are from four flavors of the Torani syrups they use (caramel, sugar free caramel, toasted marshmallow and sugar free s’mores) so as long as you avoid those + any toppings with wheat, you should be good. Their oat milk is not gluten free but they have almond milk, coconut milk and regular. The steam wand, scoop, mix tins and blenders are also rinsed with hot water after every drink.
