I was impressed with Shake Shack. However, I wasn’t able to enjoy the veggie burger because of a gluten allergy. But my primary reason for choosing this Shake Shack was to treat my granddaughter to a burger. It turns out that she had been to Shake Shack before this, and she told me that this was her favorite burger place. I had no idea prior to visiting the restaurant this was my first experience at Shake Shack Winter Park.

The folks here are fabulous. Preston, Raj, and Keke were all incredibly friendly and hospitable. I first came here a year ago, and this was the second time — Preston recognized me even after that long! Both times he’s been incredible and very accommodating of any dietary restrictions (gluten-free/dairy-free). Raj also was great with his service, and on top of the job. Favorite Indian place to come to!

What a great ice cream 🍨 shop. You can get two scoops or three of unique and tasty flavors. I love the variety! They have waffle cones and waffle cups made on site as well. The husband got the Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Wow! You can taste the coffee beans, probably the best coffee flavor ever. I had two flavors: Brown Brittle Almond Butter and Wild berry Lavender. 🪻 Oh goodness, if I lived closer I would buy the pint for Wild berry lavender! I wasn't expecting to love it so much. You must give it a try. You can really taste the difference.
Because there's construction 🚧 it looks like it's closed but it's not, they're open! They have plenty of gluten free options and there were some dairy free options as well. If you like a flavor you can take it home in a pint. They also have a $21.00 flight of 10 ice cream flavors which sounds really fun. Friendly staff and I love how knowledgeable they were. You can tell they enjoy what they provide.
The only criticism I have is the portion size is a little smaller for what is being paid. The flavor makes up for that but I can see how it would be an issue for some families.

New York style bagels made fresh on sight. There's even a window into the kitchen so you can watch them bring made. Many flavors of coffee and other beverages. They have a gluten free bagel made with a special wheat flour with the problematic gluten removed. Excellent bagel sandwiches with fillings that make your bagel a meal.
