We were so pleased to see an entirely gluten free menu. Not only was the food tasty but the staff were amazing. Sophia and Delilah were so I sweet and kind and highly attentive. The ambiance was so charming and cozy. It felt like a small town cafe where you are always welcome and you are always greeted with a smile. We will return soon.

Wow the food tasted as good as it looked! Everything is vegan and gluten free but it doesn't taste like it is! We ordered the cheese plate which had so much variety and different flavors! Everything was so fresh, beautifully presented, and filling! We left with full stomachs. My favorite was the chocolate chip cookies. It was gooey but didn't leave me feeling icky like most sweets!

In the middle of all the classic American comfort food spots, this place stands out as a healthy and flavorful alternative—and it doesn’t sacrifice taste one bit. The menu is packed with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, which is perfect for anyone with dietary preferences or restrictions. Even as someone who usually leans toward meat-heavy and indulgent meals, I was seriously impressed. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. It didn’t feel like “health food”—it just felt like great food. The atmosphere was bright, modern, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to make recommendations based on what we were in the mood for, and everything came out quickly and perfectly prepared. True Food Kitchen is a gem in Easton—whether you’re a dedicated healthy eater or just want to try something different that still hits the spot. I’ll definitely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a guilt-free but truly satisfying meal.

Is miraculous too strong a word? I’ve had a gluten allergy for a few years and gave up on finding a biscuit that is this freaking good. Perfect texture, so soft and lovely in the middle. I tried a few and the cinnamon is by far my favorite, basically a hybrid biscuit and cinnamon role. Delicious enough that’s it’s my non-GF boyfriend’s favorite biscuit too.

The options for Vegan and Gluten Free is amazing! First time here and we will definitely be back. So many more items on the menu to try. Get the Bang Bang sauce to substitute the sauce on the TownHall veggie burger if you are making it vegan. Worth a stop especially since they are attentive to your food requests for allergies.

I eat gluten free cuz it causes bad headaches and my body hurts like I have the flu & it causes belly issues for my daughter. I was in Columbus to meet a friend and googled gluten free bakery and this placed popped up. The staff member was very nice and helpful, explaining what was gluten free and preparation. I ordered 1/2 dozen donuts with various toppings. I got to my daughter's to share and on 1st bite our eyes grew wide and we both said "they aren't dense! They are light & airy!" They were sooo delicious!!! They are pricey (but what gluten free items isn't??!!!) but worth it to be eating a gf donut that tastes like a regular one. I highly recommend. I would not recommend for celiac because they do make "regular" flour donuts. We will be back!!!

Nothing compares to the entire experience of dining at Jeff Ruby’s! I went with my family about a month ago and can’t wait to go back. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and the food was fantastic. Our server, Patrick was awesome. They even accommodated my gluten intolerance and made some yummy mocktails since I don’t drink.

Such a great time today. Rose was our server. She was so kind and welcoming to us. She made our 9 year old feel included in the experience…which he loved. The gluten free burger was yummy (so glad they have the option). And since Rose was knowledgeable, she was able to steer me clear of all of the fries as they sadly are not gluten free. Our son really enjoyed his sliders. And my husband loved his Cali chicken sandwich. We’ll definitely visit this Easton location again soon!

Went here for homecoming dinner junior year and many other times and every time it is great!! Their gluten free food is amazing albeit a little expensive. The service is great and I always leave happy! I am gluten free and normally get a steak and mashed potatoes and some sort of vegetable! I also get a gluten free pizzookie ( pizza cookie ) for dessert!! A friend of mine once spilled his drink all over our table and not only did our waitress stop to help us but so did the front of house helped us!! We really appreciated it and our food came out very quickly as well!

Place was absolutely slammed with post church crowds when we went, but thanks to excellent management and really hard working employees everything from ordering to receiving food was extremely quick and easy. The manager took our order, and was super gracious about a gluten free dietary need in our party. He was very proud to let us know they were one of the only fast food chains to offer a gluten free burger, with a safely packaged gluten free bun and a burger prepared on a clean grill. He also bragged about how great his staff (mostly teenagers) are, which to me is just another sign of a well run establishment. Would absolutely recommend this Culver's to anyone.

Great service and great food! Despite the fact that the restaurant was quite crowded, the service was very fast. They had quite a few gluten free options including gluten free pasta, as well as gluten free cheesecake!! I was truly happy to see the gluten free options as someone who has celiac disease! I had no reaction to the food and was feeling very good in the days coming after eating there!!!

If I could rate them 10 stars I would! Absolutely incredible culinary experience. Everything from the hospitality of every single person we interacted with, the drinks and the food were above and beyond my expectations! Being celiac they were so accommodating and I didn’t get left out on having anything, which is not always the norm. We were celebrating my birthday and everyone was so kind wishing me a happy one. Love coming here for happy hour and dinner! Firstly, the ambiance and atmosphere cannot be matched anywhere else in Columbus. Such a fun elevated atmosphere. The hostess’s are very sweet and helpful in getting to the rooftop and getting seated in general. All of the menu items I have tried are excellent. My personal favs are the Korean street chicken and the firecracker roll. Being someone with celiac disease, finding places that accommodate allergies is huge. Mandrake does a great job of having a huge selection of gluten free options but also everyone here is very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommendation.

I don't usually leave reviews but HAD to after trying them out! I've tried lots of gluten free items and theirs are absolutely the best I've had. I got several items and couldn't help but eat them all immediately! The tasted just as good as, if not better than, your typical baked goods, and you can tell lots of care and effort go into making them. The service was wonderful as well. Thank you!!

I ordered a gluten free pasta dish and the white sauce was watery and thin. When I requested some Parmesan to help remedy this situation, the server made a snide comment. The only redeeming thing was the gluten free Godiva cheesecake. I was very disappointed since this used to be a much better restaurant.
