Worst pizzas we have had in a long long time. $41 for a gluten free ‘Gourmet’ takeaway pizza that was bland and tasted like cardboard is appalling.
Chips (which weren’t included with our burger, cost an extra $7.50) were cold.
Carbonara was brown and tasted like beef stock.
Also paid $34 for a lamb pizza that tasted very strongly of fish and salty olives which made it inedible.
Spent over $200 to feed 5 people for a takeaway meal is an absolute ripoff especially for the quality of the meal.
Senior staff (owners?) being condescending to the younger staff in front of customers is also disappointing.
Upon discussing with others in the local area, we have heard similar reviews particularly about the treatment of the staff which is unfortunate.
Will not be coming back.
Fresh and tasty food. Picked up take away to eat on the beach while passing through on the way to Melbourne. Had the chicken and avo bowl and beef, prawn, pork and fried chicken tacos. Good sized serves prepared quickly. Will definetly be back when in the area.
Gluten and dairy free and vegan options available. All clearly marked on the board but not in the menus.
Take away from this great place last two years. They happily cater for annoying customers like me requiring gluten free. They grill the flake properly and not in tin foil so it’s absolutely awesome. Chips are divine. The Sweet potato chips really need to crisp right up, so some work to do there in our humble opinion. But a meal from this place with a cheeky cider is magic.
Fantastic food. Ordered items from fish and chip menu and a gluten free pizza. Food was really nice. Not too greasy, really tasty. Would give five stars but they forgot an item (flake) from our order. Didn't notice until we got back to our campsite. Called them and they were happy for us to return to get it but not apologetic at all. PITA having to return mid meal.
