Passed this restaurant a few times and thought we should try it one of these days. Since we couldn’t get reservations at our regular destination, figured we’d try this place.
Wow! We were blown away by the entire experience. My daughter had a Caesar salad to start, amazing dressing which didn’t have to go in thick. My wife had a rose tortellini which she insisted I try (delish). Everyone else had pasta and pizza which they also enjoyed.
The game changer was the gluten free pizza. My son has been trying to find a good GF pizza since discovering Johnny Farina in Ottawa. I’ve never seen my son demolish a pizza that quickly. He saved the last piece for lunch the next day and said it was still just as good.
My hamburger was OK but nothing special. The coffee and lemon cake dessert was incredible. Special thanks to our server. Definitely be coming back.
