Love at first sight for this creative and authentic cuisine, mixed with surprises and delicacies. The first forks are moments of intense pleasure. A great experience also at snack time with the remarkable gluten-free chocolate triangle. Wow.

Very nice place in an area close to the center and full of bars. Excellent burger with boeuf bourguignon which is a brilliant way of combining tradition and modernity. Gluten-free bread available for those who tolerate contamination.

We came across this establishment while looking for an alternative to chains that were poor in gluten-free restaurants. What pleasure we had discovering it! The manager is passionate and welcomed and advised us with great professionalism. Everything is homemade and with the heart ❤️ and it shows!!! Delicious, so many flavors in the mouth!!! the chili was great and the gluten-free tacos were a treat! Thank you for this sharing which has delighted our gourmet appetites! Simply perfect! Second time I have come to this restaurant, a pleasure to introduce this place to my mother. The dishes are delicious, the service is very attentive and very kind! For those intolerant to gluten there is even gluten-free bread, a very nice touch! We will come back

The menu says they speak English, but they don’t, or just refuse to. Also it says that the BoBuns are gluten free, but they contain fried onions and soy sauce (those are usually NOT gluten free). When I tried to ask them about the soy sauce the owner was very annoyed that I even ask something and then he shouted something from behind the corner in a very rude tone which I didn’t understood, because it was not in English. Food was below average and I feel sick from it. Anyone with serious gluten intolerance or celiac disease should avoid this place. Unprofessional at it’s finest.

Despite a busy restaurant (it's Saturday lunchtime 🫠), the service is fast, a place easily found, a little wait for drinks due to the slowness of the machine but nothing extraordinary. Good products, fresh fries, a gluten-free Burger (salad replaces bread) and extra milkshakes. When will there be plant-based milkshakes? A little more expensive than classic fast food restaurants, but it's worth the detour for quality products... you get nothing for nothing 😁. To try..... You will come back 😉

Very very good tourist experience. A pizzeria where you can sit down and taste the chef's pizzeria and the Saint Marcelin burger. Tasty, tasty dishes. Having been there twice, I am delighted. The waitresses are attentive to gluten-free products and take all possible precautions. And finally, miracle, a tomato mozza salad with real mozzarella. Not those rubber balls that are so widely distributed. I recommend it .

We got the beef fillet with local cheese sauce. Crispy on the outside and wonderfully rare on the inside and cooked to perfection. Then the potato gratin arrived. Single handedly the best potato dish I have ever tasted. Seriously special! Also the waitress was very accommodating of us being gluten free and the fussiest people in the world so thank you for such great service 🥰

Very good food & friendly staff. They were happy to accommodate my allergies, im gluten free and dairy free - i wasn’t able to get most of the menu but i had steak and french fries that was great and cooked to perfection. Not much for gluten free on a Sunday in Dijon so this was nice that they made it relatively easy for me.

I discovered Crusoe during a family meal. The setting is pleasant, the welcome is very friendly as well as the service. We were both gluten intolerant and had no problem finding dishes that suited us (including their delicious buckwheat pancakes). We ate very well and enjoyed being right next to the Parc de la Colombière to enjoy a little digestive walk with the family!

Had a lovely dining experience here. Waitress knew exactly what was gluten free or would could be made gluten free. Had the duck and they gave me a non-gluten containing sauce not on the menu. The potato fries were also safe and so good.
