In addition, since everything is homemade and on site, they know how to give you all the allergens and possibly remove what does not suit you. We were delighted to be able to find a gluten-free restaurant in Le Touquet! When we ordered, the waitress made sure that the foods and sauces we chose in our pancakes were gluten-free. When the plates arrived, the appearance of our pancakes was darker, because they used a different dough (gluten-free). I recommend this address for anyone who is celiac and eats gluten-free. The only thing I would recommend is adding a gluten-free logo to the menu for gluten-free dishes. Otherwise, the prices are affordable.

Second visit here and I can only recommend it, the waitresses are pleasant, the place is beautiful with this touch of Japanese atmosphere which doesn't overdo it and above all the food is excellent. Precious restaurant in Lille, delicious cuisine, adorable staff, all the charm of Belgium, perfect menu, neither too short nor too long, with options for everyone to enjoy (vegan, gluten-free, meat), everyone enjoys it. Simple and efficient cooking. I took the salmon with vegetables, finally telling myself it was served with vegetables and not fries or the same type of fatty side dish but very few vegetables served with it. 3/4 carrots fighting a duel. A little disappointed. And no dessert even just 1 would be good gluten-free and lactose-free for intolerants like me. On the other hand, the servers are top notch and efficient. Perfect welcome.

I VERY HIGHLY recommend this address. We had a great family dinner, in a neat and welcoming setting where both the cuisine and the service have a taste for detail. The Chef came to see us before the meal and then at the end, it was very nice of him. Thanks also to the waiters & waitresses for the quality of the work, and for their special attention. (A celiac in the family) And thank you for the little gesture at the end of the meal to wish a happy birthday (Pralin and chocolate marked with a happy birthday arriving as a surprise 😍) A final word on the cuisine which is honestly very tasty. Thank you for this broccoli sauce that you served with the salmon, I enjoyed it! And the dessert for the celiac, made especially for her, was really killer! (Based on fresh figs and chocolate, presented with care and combining several textures. In addition, the flavor comes from the quality of the products and the preparation rather than from the sugar. Really great)

Very warm welcome, very warm. A short but fine and imaginative map. Arancini / rack of lamb polenta roasted carrot / pavlova - meringue with Espelette pepper. A cocktail of the day and a Marsanne. Really very good. At the table, there was also red mullet caught daily. The meat knife deserves to cut better. Once again, charming welcome, very beautiful setting, very good cuisine. Note that the menu indicates gluten and all that, but the quinoa for the red mullet was cooked with coriander. Personally, I love it, but those who hate it, really don't like it... We exchanged our plates between us, so don't panic...

Big plus for people with intolerances: the menu has been completely reworked to be served gluten-free. It's too rare to be highlighted and above all, WHAT AN EFFORT! Vegetarians: think twice before booking. Happy to find a restaurant that highlights the adaptability of its menus, I thought I would find a rare gastronomic gem. On the positive side, the mixtures and flavors are very well balanced, the service is impeccable and a big thumbs up to the waiters who are as friendly as they are good advice, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The selection of wines, and their recommendation by the servers, always relevant, is a treat. Unfortunately, the "adaptation" to vegetarians consisted of removing meat and fish from dishes served to others without any compensation in return. One of the dishes consisting of a sweet potato, chicken breast and fish with sauces, turned for me into... three little pieces of sweet potato no bigger than my thumb. Only one dish, totally different from the others, was served to me, and consisted of a puree and grilled peppers, I was expecting something else for a "gourmet". The constraints of serving a different menu every evening and ordering necessary products are understandable, but the adaptability so emphasized by the team has not really been there. That said, we appreciated the small gesture at the time of the bill due to this change in the plate for the vegetables. This is so rare from a restaurant of this standing that it must be noted and thanked. In short, if you have an allergy such as lactose or gluten, this remains an excellent attentive and efficient address, but for a diet which contains a particularity which shakes up the evening menu a little more, the experience was disappointing. I would have liked to have been given equal consideration to other customers, which I did not feel. I am sorry to leave such a comment because the restaurant has undeniable and exceptional qualities: setting, service, staff, cuisine and style, welcome. Also, when booking, it might be nice to note the presence of vegetarian or vegan people, and to anticipate a menu that can satisfy them as much as the others, instead of removing what does not correspond to the diet without compensate, or merge the planned menu with real alternatives (which do indeed exist, even for gourmet!). I would definitely return to this restaurant. But not right away. I am waiting to see if special diets are really taken into account, or if adaptability, although so emphasized, is only for slight modifications in the daily service. (PS I will be delighted to discuss with the restaurant with the aim of improving this point, which I wish it with all my heart!)
