We love ziggys!!! We stayed at a nearby hotel and came here for breakfast one day, and ended up coming back every day for the rest of our trip. The restaurant on the beach is amazing and the staff is incredibly nice. We had 3 celiac and 1 nut allergy in our group, and they were able to accommodate us so easily with no issues. All the food was so good!! Some highlights were the pork belly enchiladas, tuna tacos and egg tacos. By far the best falafel in Tulum. The tastiest babaganoush, fragrantest pickles tasty salads, delightful humus.. I could just keep raving on about how good all the food here is. I’m also a coeliac so unfortunately I can’t eat those yummy pitas, but all the food is gluten free and freshly made right there. 5 stars every time!

That food was the highlight of our day. We had a really bad day. Nothing worked like it should but than we met Thomas and he offered us a small refreshment after we told him our story. We have had a good conversation with him and decided to eat our dinner at his place.
The food is delicious and very healthy. We tried the burger and bowl. It was great in taste and looked good. After that we got some brownies and a coconutwater ice for our gluten-free friend :)

I had the pleasure of dining at MotMot, the restaurant is located inside the Kan Tulum Hotel. Making a reservation was so easy, I contacted them via WhatsApp for a last-minute booking, and they were quick and accommodating.
When I arrived, I was immediately struck by the lush, serene atmosphere. The entire space is beautifully designed, making it ideal for photos, and you honestly can’t overdress here because the setting is that stunning. It’s the kind of place where every detail feels special, from the decor to the presentation.
The menu offered a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options, which was a big plus. I ordered the beetroot, and the flavors were well-balanced and I loved every bite!
For dessert, I went all out with their café churro, which was massive and absolutely delicious, and I couldn’t resist a second dessert, a chocolate-banana crumble that was just as incredible.
The service was lovely and attentive, adding to the overall experience. After dinner, I took a walk around the grounds and checked out the cenote, which was peaceful and so beautiful. It’s a spot you’ll want to spend more time exploring, especially during the day, after seeing the breakfast menu I want to travel back to Mexico just to dine there again!
