We were visiting Panama City for a week and after having dinner here once, we found once wasn't enough. The food is absolutely delicious, perfect portion sizes, and lots of options for my wife who has Celiacs. The steaks are all phenomenal and if you can, GET THE CHEESECAKE. It's out of this world. Special thanks to the hostess and staff for making it easy for us since we aren't fluent in Spanish. You have a wonderful restaurant and we cannot wait to eat here again when we come back.
Excellent place with a nice atmosphere. It’s centrally located and has plenty of parking. It has a wide range of desserts, coffee, and a menu offering a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I particularly like the fact that they offer gluten-free choices for both desserts and meals and that I can sip my coffee with coconut milk. They also have other choices of alternative milks and different flavors of tea.
Vitali is a true gem for anyone seeking a delicious KOSHER and healthy treat! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a vibrant, artistic, and fruity vibe that instantly lifts your spirits. Their smoothies are absolutely divine (plus feel healthy) and the extensive selection of fruit and gluten-free options ensures there's something for everyone. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the thoughtful combinations.
Beyond the incredible food and drinks, the comfortable seating and spacious layout make Vitali a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meal. What truly sets Vitali apart, however, is the staff. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their friendly and attentive service made my visit even more enjoyable.

Never have I had a more pleasant meal. I had the veggie smash Burger with truffle fries. We also loved the Menu with the declaration of veggie/vegan/glutenfree dishes.

A little overpriced, certainly not the best pizza (but hey were not in italy) you can get them gluten free ($2,50 extra), which seems an oddity here in panama.
You have many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
I love the variety of options for vegans, vegetarians or people with gluten free and keto diets. The staff is friendly and menu substitutions are allowed for an additional cost. Because of the variety of options, it is a good place to come with your friends with different meal plans. It even has different gluten free dough options.
The only thing I didn't like is that the administration does not educate their staff that there are diplomatic people who have a tax exemption card and the service staff think it is a discount. It is inept that they do not educate their staff.
Tabú Sidra is my favorite spot, my favorite is rustic cider. Since I discovered it, I always find an excellent variety of seasonal ciders, each better than the other. The best thing is that the menu is completely gluten-free, and it is delicious. There are dishes for all tastes, and they combine perfectly with ciders.
What I appreciate most about the place is the attention of the cidertender. He always has a super positive attitude, takes the time to explain every detail of the ciders and make recommendations. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does, and that is reflected in the experience he provides.
Every time I go, I leave wanting to come back. A must-see place if you like good cider and first-class service!
The gluten free pizza here was not just the best pizza I've had since developing celiac, it is excellent by any standard. I would 100% recommend it. It had the chew and slight crisp of a pizza with gluten and I could not tell it was gluten free, I was slightly astonished. Along with that, the sauce was perfectly balanced and the ingredients were fresh tasting. The person who served us was very attentive also, and the atmosphere was relaxing. There are other gluten free items on the menu also, including gnocci and other pasta dishes. I hope to be able to come again before we leave town!
Always a delight! Staff is warm and friendly. Food is amazing. Healthy and decadent at the same time. Juices are fresh. Coffee is fabulous. Gluten free pancakes taste like dessert. Tofu is perfectly seasoned.
Retrogusto is a restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience in Boquete. The ingredients are very fresh and high quality, with options for vegetarians and gluten-free. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. The wine list is well selected, perfect to accompany gourmet dishes. A must for those looking for excellent cuisine in a refined environment.
AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and took great care of us. I had grilled chicken parm with gluten free Penne pasta and it was the best Italian dish I've had in awhile. The restaurant is small and intimate, but very cute.

Wonderful experience, small and well-kept place. Top quality food with Peruvian specialties. The waiter was very helpful when I asked him what he could recommend that was gluten-free. He had me prepare a spectacular starter and main course. The cocktails are also very good. Fair prices for the products offered.

I was quite impressed with this location. I'm from the USA and have food allergies. Gluten is a concern at Benihana because of the soy sauce. My waiter familiarized himself with my allergy and took special care with my order not to cross-contaminate with my families order. He even came up with a seasoning that was gluten free so my food wouldn't be bland. I would recommend this location. We're glad we came. It was a great and tasty experience.
Avoid at all costs! This chain restaurant advertises its allergy friendly and health conscious menu online, with the same menu presented to you in the restaurant. However, upon ordering our food, we were informed that whilst every other restaurant in this chain offers the menu as presented, this particular restaurant in Panama doesn't offer anything gluten free, despite it's menu showing the gluten free symbol throughout. Very disappointing (we had to leave and find somewhere else).
Delicious sushi, I tried the gluten free profiterol out of curiosity, in general gluten free ones are not that delicious and this one exceeded my expectations.

The space of this restaurant is spacious and comfortable. I was able to park my car right in front of the restaurant. The food is presented very well and they have several gluten free options. It is also pet friendly within the same restaurant (not like others that allow your pet only on the terrace). The bill for 2 people was very reasonable. Delicious food and very careful attention.

Great place actually, but some Manager along the way decided from 6 to 9, the only alcohol available was Corona. Granted, Corona was sponsoring this somehow, but the price was not reduced. They did give you a mini Corona for the $10 entry fee (the sponsor was too cheap to spring for a real beer?) . One of my friends has celiac disease, which mandates a gluten free diet. Corona is anything but gluten free. This post is directed at the ridiculous management that thought this was a good idea. Corona, you are now, the last beer I choose, dead last. Milwaukee's best wins over this. I worked in a big corporation and I've seen rooms full of managers make similar poor decisions. It's sad. Anyway, stop by this place if they're in normal operation, because it's pretty cool and the service and food was great. They need a new manager or two though.
It's at the entrance to Decathlon. It's always full of families, and there are children's menus. Gluten-free dishes are available, although the menu is always the same, so it's not bad for a one-day meal. The prices are very reasonable, and this mall is always a good place for quality shopping in Panama.

Gluten free pizza is a very good option if you are looking for something healthy. I ordered it and its dough is thin, medium crispy and the truth is that it has good flavor and the plus of mixing three ingredients is excellent.
Such a friendly establishment with GREAT tacos!!! I love, love that you can mix up your taco order. Each order comes with 3 tacos and you can order them all differently. My favorite part was the variety of sauces. I tried them all!! They also have vegan, gluten, and vegetarian options. I had lots of tacos, tequila shots, and margaritas!!! My favorite tacos were the Philly Cheesesteak and Carnitas. My only con was I think they recently closed the a location and/or moved to a new location, so I accidentally went to the old address because it's still listed as open.
