Doña Julia, in Candeleda, is one of those places to which you always want to return. The treatment was good before, but now it is even better: it shows that they have improved a lot in customer service. The staff is very friendly, they are attentive without being overwhelming and the atmosphere is relaxed, ideal for going with friends or family.
Another thing that has improved a lot is the waiting times. A few years ago you might have to wait a long time, but for a while now everything has been quite fast, which is very appreciated, especially when you are hungry.
As for the food, the Doña Julia pizza is amazing. Just right dough, tasty and well distributed ingredients. Highly recommended if you want to try something from the house. We also ordered the Dipper Potatoes, which came crispy and with a good portion. Perfect for sharing.
Something that surprised me very positively is the number of options for celiacs they have. Not only gluten-free pizzas, but also burgers and sandwiches, which is not so common and is very appreciated.
In short, Doña Julia is a place that has gotten better in every way. Good food, better service and a plus for those who need gluten-free options.

We were there this weekend. We were staying nearby to enjoy the area, and while searching for places with gluten-free options, we found this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. Very good food on the weekend menu, recommendable the Montenebro cheese (it is made on the adrada) with jam of candied peppers, very good service from the waiters, we left very happy from there 100% recommended, they also had bread for my wife gluten-free and the allergens are very well specified on the menu.
