Really slow service, manager was horrible and useless, ordering gluten free, manager has a go at me for not ordering an allergy meal with her. She should tell her staff that,
how am I supposed to know,
maybe she could of communicated with me when she Sat us at a table.
Waiting 10 minutes no one even took a drink order,
No crayons n colouring given to kids, manager didn't care, horrible lady.
Asked manager if can get another sauce for my daughters dish, she says yes no problem, then just doesn't get it, carrys on doing takeaway orders, I had to ask someone else.
Wish I'd asked for managers name so I can shame her, she was so bad, it was Saturday 25th jan about 3.30
First dish brought out was wrong,
some reason my food took ages, my kids had finished theirs before mine arrived was about to cancel my order when it finally came out.
Food wasn't like it has been before, dishes were a let down.
This place is failing, used to be ok.
They tried charging me for the first dish that was wrong, had to question the bill which took ages because all the staff are dealing with takeout.
