Firstly food is good! Taking liberties with people who require gluten free food though! •Mini fish, chips and peas £7 •GLUTEN FREE mini fish, chips and peas £10.80! We coeliacs have to accept a small increase in price for GF foods but over 50% you're clearly abusing this! I won't eat here on principal alone, disgusting approach to what looked like a great thing to be able to have GF fish & chips!

We always enjoy our visits to Ciao Bella. Always a lively buzz, gets very busy at peak times. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is great and reasonably priced given the quality and popularity of the venue. We're both coeliac and they cater well for that, we've never had any problems on that score. We would highly recommend anyone to visit to see what you're missing!

Four of us visit on Saturday 12th August. We cannot compliment the staff enough, our visit was great! We had one vegan and a child with coeliacs and every single thing was correct, not one issue at all. The staff were friendly and made ordering super easy. The food was great, not one complaint from any of us, which is quite rare these days. Please congratulate all the staff working that night, they were all wonderful. 😊

Visited Boxing Day. Keep. in mind it wasn’t busy. Waited over an hour for the starter. I had garlic mushrooms on sourdough. It said gluten free on the menu. I also had the braised lamb which also states gluten free. However, something I ate was gluten because I was so poorly. The food was also ridiculously salty, it was inedible. I only ate the starter as I was starving at this point. The manager refunded the main as I hadn’t ate it. But to be honest the whole experience was poor and wished we’d pushed for a full refund. Revolting

Lovely food and atmosphere but service a bit slow making it a bit of a rush for a pee theatre meal. They catered for gluten free very well.

Nice place for food if you like meat , not much gluten free to float my boat tho, pieces of burnt beef ends very hard , took them for the dog .
