We visited The Honey Pot a couple of days ago. I’m coeliac and they have a fantastic range of the gluten free food. I had the gf cream tea (be rude not to!) and had a takeaway gf lemon sponge cake. Absolutely delicious!! My husband had a crab sandwich (not gf) and really enjoyed it. I wish I was there longer to try more of their wonderful menu!

We had a wonderful dinner at the Mousehole Deli & Kitchen.
The restaurant is upstairs and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our food was very nice and the kitchen was able to produce gluten-free fish & chips which we very much appreciated.
Highly recommend!

Just had an absolutely delightful valentine's dinner at Cork and Fork! 🍽️
This restaurant and their staff were lovely and welcoming. As a coeliac it's quite hard to find a place to eat that feels safe, but everything in this restaurant is gluten free! and the staff were very knowledgeable (the waitress serving me and my date also had coeliac so I could tell I was in very safe hands.)
As for the food, it was delicious! Me and my date had a wonderful 3 course meal with appetizers and drinks too and everything complimented eachother to perfection. (Still thinking about the chocolate ganache and raspberry sorbet I had 💞) And it was so nice to be able to share with my date without having to worry about allergies or cross contamination.
And again, the staff were so welcoming and lovely, (and, as a lesbian couple, they were very LGBTQ friendly if that's something that you may worry about) it really made our evening perfect.

Had a lovely lunch at Stonesreef today, nice straightforward menu with plenty of gluten free options. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the gf options which reassured us and you really can’t beat the location being right on the beach. Had a pleasant chat with the owner who made us and our slightly barky border collie feel welcome!
Gluten free options with food made from scratch, delicious and reasonably sized. The atmosphere was fantastic, and you could feel the care the staff put into creating dishes.

Hands down the best gluten free pizza I've ever had (send a text to order in advance for GF). Everyone I've been with has raved about the regular pizza too. Our family of four had dinner there last night. It’s a fabulous dining event - Bruce and Vicki were fantastic - the food is exceptional and Bruce’s explanations through the courses really helped us understand and enjoy the meal. Bruce does an amazing job of finding the glamour in super local produce that really shows off how amazing the food of West Penwith can be.
We also really appreciate that for the third time, Bruce has made a totally gluten free meal for our the two coeliac members of our party. It means a great deal to them that they can eat everything without asking if it’s GF.
