Hello, I recently ordered your dough and I’m just so thankful you are in the Bay Area! I first heard of PASSIONE PIZZA dough from my boyfriend who goes to Whole Foods often and we both tried it! I was able to order the dough online as I’m hours away from Berkeley. I personally have not been to the restaurant but I can only IMAGINE how delicious it is! Five members of my family went there late on a Monday night. The staff was very welcoming despite us showing up just an hour before closing time and the room was wonderfully quite. I had been to Chez Panisse Cafe 5 days before, and I preferred the dishes at Mint Leaf, although that's an apples and oranges comparison. My/our favorites at Mint Leaf were eggplant&tofu clay pot, green papaya salad with prawns, and if you eat mammal, sizzling shaking beef. I thought their beef combo phô, was good but not as exceptional as the previous dishes. They were very attentive & accommodating to the gluten intolerant member of our party
