My son is a severe celiac/diabetic , I ordered the wrong sandwich on gluten free bread , upon confirming at pick up it was gluten free and racing out , Audrey the supervisor ran out to let me know the meatballs were NOT gf and made the right sandwich over again, and did not charge me .
