My wife and I went to Bonefish for our anniversary and the food was great + staff (Victoria and Rachel) were extremely kind and thoughtful, making our meal very special. Fries taste and are seasoned great, they were that nice texture where they don’t flop but still kind of melt in your teeth. Both burgers we ordered needed more sauce on them, and were cooked more than we asked them to be. Medium rare came out medium, medium came out medium well. We put the fry sauce on the burgers and it made them good, but that just means both our burgers tasted like the fry sauce. We came for lunch so it was a little busy, but our food came out in a pretty reasonable time. Servers and host were polite and attentive. They also have a gluten free menu, which we didn’t use but was nice to see. If I were to come again, order the burgers less cooked than you would like, and ask for extra or double extra sauce on the burgers.
