Best gluten free pizza around! I just was diagnosed with a gluten allergy and was pretty bummed. However, this pizza tastes 10/10!! The size is bigger than any other gf place and the taste is not comparable! Love it!

Hudson’s is an adorable hidden gem in Southbury! Many of the locals are familiar with it for their breakfast and lunch, which I definitely want to come back and try, but it’s a sin not to come experience their dinner menu. The chef is fantastic, and their seafood is some of the freshest you can have because they own Southbury Seafood next door! I thought it was great how many gluten-free items they had on the menu - I think they had more than I’ve seen at any other restaurant. The rigatoni must’ve been made with gluten free pasta, because it was specified as gluten free on the menu, but I couldn’t even tell the difference! Every dish, dessert, and drink was phenomenal. I would go back for the hot spiced butter cider alone because it was SO good. I hope to come back soon!

Fantastic food - I have Celiac and have eaten here 2 times this week alone. Many gluten free options including appetizer bread... its amazing!!! Highly recommend - we are out of towners, but when we come back we will definitely be back!! Thank you for your many options!!
Seriously one of the best Gluten Free Pizzas I've ever had. Could hardly tell it was GF. Antipasto was packed with extras. Pickled carrots, several different kinds of meat. Well worth the visit.
