I have a wheat allergy, carry epi pens and all and I had had multiple really great experiences before today. I ordered on the app, like usual and apparently it messed up and didn't tell them I substituted my bread? I'm not sure what exactly. Anyways, I was understanding told them it wasn't a big deal and they remade it, after charging me for the gluten free bread separately which I also didn't mind. I get it's expensive. What upset me was when the manager brought the remake out she goes "well if you also would've put it in the comments that would've alerted us so". I will drive to Olathe to get a sandwich from now on.

Quick and Fantastic customer service! I needed a Gluten Free crust and didn’t put the order in correctly online, even though it was completely my fault for not reviewing my order carefully, they were happy to remake it for me. They had it done within 6 minutes too.
