We were passing through on a road trip and needed something relatively quick so we could keep moving. I called in our order as we were driving. The employee who answered was very friendly and quick, and we were told our order would be ready in about 20 minutes. It turned out to be about 30 minutes, but the pizza was hot & delicious.
We ordered a 14" Gluten-Free pizza with extra cheese. They were very generous with the cheese (a big plus for me since eating GF usually leaves a bit to be desired...and cheese makes everything better!). Also, for those who don't know, gluten-free pizza crusts are usually only 10" - 12", so it was nice to find one that was a better size...and big enough that the 3 of us could split it.
I am disappointed to have found such a great place that is nowhere near where we live. However, if we are ever passing through again, we will definitely stop.

Always a pleasure here but this time was noteworthy. I just had to start a gluten free diet due to an allergy and this was my first time at a restaurant trying to order following that. My server, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, was extremely patient, helpful and understanding. Also props to the kitchen staff for taking extra precautions and answering all questions.
