This is a charming restaurant-bistro, with both indoor and alfresco dining areas more attractive & spacious than the site gallery photos. However, the true appeal of Girasole is the exceptional menu options, with an ongoing variety of specials that will make you salivate. On this evening, the mahi-mahi and salmon creations were to be savored, augmented by a zucchini flower appetizer, lightly egg-battered & pan-fried, and exquisite! My guest -- with gluten sensitivity -- was bowled over by the salmon penne dish, as well as our welcoming & engaging server, Gina, and her mega-watt smile. The only [mildly] off note of the evening was with a crepe dessert that was good, but not great, and Gina had tried to direct us toward the tiramisu, anyway.
Girasole is worth the trip from anywhere.

The food is amazing as always. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free accommodations. They are able to adjust any dishes to dietary restrictions. When they have the calamari/shrimp salad available I usually get that and it is amazing!
