Impressive menu! I have been to Shui a few times. I have tried the masamaun curry and the volcano beef, both delicious and both gluten free! I also like that they have boba tea! There are so many options on the menu. The staff has always been friendly and helpful with my questions about what items are, or can be made, gluten free. There has only been one time when I went but they were actually closed (despite the hours listed on Google). Overall, a wonderful experience and delicious food! I love Maru! They have the absolute best ratio of fish to rice in town; not a bunch of empty calories and a great value for every roll. We have ordered about a half a dozen times and the fish is always fresh.
