The chef and staff went out of their way to ensure everything I ordered was gluten free. There was a huge selection, they have gluten free soy sauce, and can do the hibachi gluten free too.

This is a great restaurant chain, I cannot have gluten due a severe condition, probably the very best of any restaurant for me to go to, they are very careful and understanding, food is unbelievable, I can't say enough about how good this place is
