We eat here fairly often, the food is great and we appreciate the gluten free variety. And who doesn't love a boardgame bar! We noticed a pattern though of inconsistent service, over multiple visits we've had slow service, no silverware or napkins etc. The staff is very nice but it's not been uncommon to feel forgotten about. The speaker system is also set up awfully and blaring at patrons, making everyone yell and it gets pretty echoy. We could hear the bartender yelling with other employees tonight from all the way across the restaurant and couldn't hear our own voices. It needs some serious sound management.

They really need an ADULT here. Someone who can show them how to prioritize. We placed our order and waited almost 30 mins as we watched about 5 other people come in get in line and get their food for our food. It was a completely unorganized. No adult supervision and sadly bunch of kids needing direction. **I would also like to add that I specifically stated that I needed gluten free bread due to an "allergy" which is actually an auto immune disease. I high doubt they followed the protocol because I ended up getting sick. I am well aware that they not a celiac safe establishment. So I did eat here at "my own" risk. I have never had issues before eating here. I just think they were so busy with no guidance that they cut corners.**

We got Romeo's delivered today to my work, and they knocked it out of the park! The order came really fast and they got everything exactly right with our order. The Driver was extremely nice. We work in healthcare, and almost all the other restaurants that have delivery drivers never bother to put on a mask. The Romeo's Driver was extra courteous and polite and wore a mask. I hope he's our driver every time! Also, the food was all delicious. This was the best gluten free pizza crust I have ever had, hands down.

Very good food and service. The staff state that just the corn bread and mac have gluten so there are plenty of options.

Kasai has great food! And I have Celiac disease and must be strictly gluten free. They are always very friendly and helpful in ensuring my food is safe for me. They have lots of safe options including lots of sushi choices and gluten free fried rice.

SOOOOOOOOO GOOD! Regular and Gluten Free Options! We ordered pizzas (regular and gluten free), wings and salad. The salad was made with fresh and crisp lettuce and other vegetables. The pizza's were great AND the gluten free cauliflower crust pizza was THE ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever had! I will order again from them for sure. Everything was delicious! The the staff is friendly and courteous. A+++++++

I love this place and their vibes. I go here all the time because they have a gluten-free wrap for their sandwiches. The staff are friendly and I always get good food.

I’m celiac, so the fact that they have items I can eat is exciting enough to give them all the stars. Great food, decent portions, fabulous service and the atmosphere is really nice as well. Their menu changes every 10 weeks, so be sure to look it up if you’re depending on a favorite being there.
