We cannot even believe how happy our taste buds were tonight. We drove about 35 minutes to try Sophie's this evening. We didn't know what to expect but our experience hit all of our marks. The only small thing that was uncomfortable were the chairs but literally everything else was spot on. The service was excellent, very accommodating. I can't have gluten so our server went to talk to the chef so I could eat safely. We got the ribs and they fell off the bones and in your mouth. The fries were some of the best I've ever had. (And I've eaten a lot in my day.) We also shared the burnt ends and OMG, they're amazing!!!!! I'm sure the rest of the menu is just as delicious and we will definitely be back to find out. Now we need to convince them to open a location in Phoenixville!!!
