I hope this small business grows into a large countrywide chain because the quality of the ready to eat food is next to none. Every time I am in town I always stop here for lunch. Some items can be pricey but they use very simple ingredients much less processed than competing grab and go food options. They offer a plethora of various dietary restricted foods for vegans, gluten-free, etc. They also warm the food up for you if you ask so you can eat there. Everything I've tried has been top notch taste and the staff are very friendly and accommodating to your preferences.

Great gluten-free options, most of which are posted on the website, and the poke was great, not too salty as it sometimes can be with gluten-free soy sauce. Picked up some poke for dinner takeout, and it was very refreshing! May have a new favorite in the suburbs, although it's a bit far from home.

The best no gluten crust vegatarian pizza I have ever had!!! The best no gluten crust ever! Also an organic side salad, the best with the best tomato and cucumber anyone could wish for. I have never had a very good tomato in a resturanut what a surprise. Wonderful attentive waitress.
