Came here for dinner (wish they had more locations) based on a recommendation from a family friend who is also celiac and I would say that they do take it very seriously and the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. The gluten free bun was also pretty good and it didn't fall apart like some of the others I have had

If I could give this place one star I definitely will! Awful experience! I found this place on a Gluten Free App. I asked the server some questions about how the food is prepared in the kitchen (to avoid cross contamination) and all she kept saying was “I think..” I asked for the chef so I can order the safer item in the menu and after 5 minutes the server came back saying that the chef is “busy”. Mind you, the place was EMPTY! I got up and left. Will not recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional young lady and staff!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Yesterday I was served by Christine, who cheerfully changed her gloves when she learned that I am gluten free. She prepared my bowl with care and a sweet smile. I am grateful beyond words that I can rely on the staff to provide great service and a safe and enjoyable dining out experience. The food is consistently delicious!

Costa is the best! Lots of really great gluten free options. They have gone above and beyond to make most of the items they sell gf. Only complaint is that this time around the queso was a lot saltier than normal and it had an odd texture. This location was clean and had a good team running the place!

expired food and bad customer service I ordered a butter burger with cheese and gluten free bread. they gave me a a piece of paper with cheese stuck on it. the bread was also 7 days expired and was dry and hard. when i brought to the managers attention, she argued the sticker on the bread was wrong. then she gave me another bun which was 16 days expired. she made it seemed like throwing cheese on paper was normal. the manager clearly has no customer service skills or any idea how to prepare a burger.

They offer a separate gluten free menu that details their usual offerings, as well as specials that typically include a gluten free option (or options with minor adjustments). The saucy shrimp appetizer was delicious, the salmon practically melted in your mouth, and the fish tacos were incredible! Everything I’ve had has been perfectly cooked, very tasty, and (more importantly) GF!

I totally adore Mio Nonno Trattoria! When we return to the DFW area, this amazing restaurant is definitely on the repeat-visit list. They have a gluten-friendly pizza that they turned into a vegan masterpiece. I've not seen or, more importantly, tasted its rival anywhere else. The salads are exceptionally well done, really in a class by themselves. Beet salad cannot be beat (pun forgiveness requested). The gluten-free pasta is excellent. Cannot go wrong with marinara sauce if wishing to avoid meat. I could not more highly recommend! Mio meal with a Lakeside cinema movie to follow was a winning combination. Wished I had pictures to share, but the food made a beeline for my mouth upon being served. Besides, pictures to come in a future post will make a second visit even more likely, and I'm counting the days until I can return.

Jason's used to be one of my favorite places. Now it is over $10 for a plain gluten free ham sandwich with a baggie full of broken potato chips that they have made themselves. Eww

I stopped for lunch and ordered ahead. It was Sunday so it took a little longer than usual, but that’s to be expected with the church lunch crowd. They have a gluten free bun option that I love. You can get any size of sandwich and any style of sandwich. Parking can be a challenge as it’s right off 2499 and in the same lot as Texas Roadhouse. There is an area with a bar top to sit and work if you need a place to go. There are a couple of outlets under the counter to plug into as well.

Don't let the old fashion table cloths and wood paneled walls fool you. This place is the definition of don't judge a book by it's cover. The gluten free pizza was awesome, I'm so happy it wasn't dry cauliflower crust like many other restaurants. This pizza had substance and flavor, I enjoyed every bite. 🙌

The food was delicious!!!! There are a number of options for those with dietary restrictions such as gluten intolerance and veganism. The price is entirely justified by how delicious and filling the portions are! The Moroccan steak was particularly wonderful! I'm honestly really glad to have this as one of the new businesses in Flower Mound.

My colleagues have been recommending this place to me for a while now, but I was holding off due to not seeing a gluten free bun option on the menu since I am celiac and have to eat gluten free, but decided to go in one day and ask if they had gluten free buns available. And to my surprise, they did, honestly it was one of the best buns I've had in a long time, and the burger was absolutely fantastic. The only two things that could make it better are that prices are pretty high (but you are getting good food while supporting a local business) and also this may be kind of picky but both of the tv's were broken and need to be replaced, but overall I give it a five stars and will for sure be back soon.

I was recently asked to join a friend at this little hidden gem. I had never even heard of it because I just don't drive in that direction often but I live extremely close. We arrived and we were greeted warmly and quickly. We ordered lunch orders from their menu and explained our food allergies to make sure we didn't get anything with gluten. The food came out and was heavenly. I've eaten similar food all around the world and this tastes pretty authentic. The flavor was really delicious and I was only let down by the quantity of food in the lunch portion but I am someone who eats a lot of protein as an athlete. Now that I know this place is here, I am looking forward to going back and will order the dinner portion this time. A++

This place was incredible. The food is delicious, and they didn’t have a dessert on the menu that was gluten and dairy free. The chef specially made one for me. It was delicious, and I appreciated that he went out of his way! I wish their website explained that the menu changes every night. Maybe it does, but it isn’t somewhere in plain sight. That’s my only suggestion for them.

They can make things gluten free!!!! I ate their chips and ordered a corn quesadilla, which you can’t find anywhere. All of it was delicious. My only regret is not ordering guacamole as the small amount that came with my order was amazing!

First and last time I’m trying this place. I had heard good things, but about other locations. Over $70 dollars for two pizzas, one order of lasagna, and a non-optional tip - for a pickup order. Lasagna was watery and messily served, the gluten free crust was definitely Full of gluten, and the toppings they upcharge for at a premium get you a very sparse scattering over part of your pizza. When I arrived I asked for a side of ranch and the girl at the counter (wearing pajama pants) charged me for it. I understand they can’t just give everything away but you’d think I could get some little cups of ranch with my $70+ order. I was even trying to use their “buy a 16 in get a 12 in thin crust” coupon and somehow think I paid more than not using it. No one was outright rude but you could tell no one that was there wanted to be working there or cared much about service. Which, again, would be fine if I hadn’t been forced on their online order form to add a service tip for zero service. You can honestly get better tasting, more mindfully prepared pizza and nicer service at a Domino’s.

Awesome customer service. Only issue I had was that the pizza has little flavor. I went and got a covid test because I could not taste the pizza!!!! Lucky enough it was negative. I did order a gluten free pepperoni pizza which was actually tasted better that their regular specialty pizza. Maybe because I didn’t add a pizza crust topper????? I just don’t get it. But, Brian was awesome!!! And had great customer service!!!

They are very accommodating with gluten free foods. The staff took extra steps to ensure my meal stayed gluten free as it was cooked. I've eaten here many times and it's always 10/10. Cannot recommend this place more over the other Hibachi style restaurants in town.

When i walked in Mi Cocina I was greated by a tall. blonde. she was just a peach!!!! Very fast young lady took us right to our seat! And Our server was Naomi. Short hair.. Tall. I've been meaning to write a review for some time now . . . I have visited this location for YEARS. I am always happy here. The staff is courteous; the store is clean; the service is fast; and the food is fabulous! My good friend and I just agreed the other day that we always feel good after eating at Chipotle. What I like best about this particular location is that the crew is very well trained to handle gluten free customers. I got spoiled here, and I expected other Chipotle locations to handle my food just as carefully. But not all crews are as cautious and knowledgeable as this one. I've also been very happy with phone-in and online ordering--it saves so much time. I haven't had any issues with the serving size--it's always more than enough to fill me up. SO THANKFUL FOR MY LOCAL CHIPOTLE!!

Found this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the food. My friends and I tried the bruschetta, calamari, penne vodka, fettuccine alfredo, and pasta al Angelo, and tiramisu which were all fantastic! They also have gluten-free penne and pizza dough for any GF people! Highly recommend!!

You have to be looking for them, as their sign doesn't jump out at you from the street. My favorite thing about Wingstop - They make traditional on the bone wings that are gluten free! Fried chicken that's safe for me to eat. That was very exciting! Their sauces are not my favorite, but they do offer an unusual variety to explore. My family enjoyed their fries, but they are not safe for gluten free. This is not low budget fast food, but if you've got a craving for wings, Wingstop is a winner! I wish they would fry the fries with the traditional wings and then I could enjoy them too.

Best finer dining place in Flower Mound. Drinks are great, salads are phenomenal, Rustico Salad and Wedge are both amazing! Steak marsala app is really good! The gluten free pizzas are the best in town! And Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes are so so good!

Iver she was what is supposed to be great service Just wish they offered a variety of main dishes besides burgers. Many peeps like me can't eat bread on burger buns due to gluten. I work upstairs and was so happy to have this little bistro open below! So far I've just stopped in a few times to get a drink in the afternoons - blueberry chiller, strawberry chiller, and a tea. All have been so good. The staff is so kind and has put in a ton of hard work to make this space beautiful. They made an effort to learn my name and chat with me a bit. After being gluten free for 8 years, my doctors told me to eat gluten for some upcoming tests. So I knew I wanted some Chinese food. Man on man, Joy Chinese was an amazing choice! We LOVED it and hope to go back soon. We got dumplings, egg soup, orange chicken and fried rice. It was amazing and I highly recommend.
