Consistently good food. They have gluten-free options that are fantastic. I love their Albuquerque Turkey. I went on a busy day - my order was taken quickly and the staff were hustling to get orders out. No complaints.
Service here goes above and beyond, making it a standout stop in West Texas with excellent recommendations and a memorable experience.

8/10/24 at 9am We Got seated in the back of the restaurant, waited 10 mins for a waitress to get our drink order with no luck even though 3 waitress' walked right past us and tended to tables near us. Had to stop a hostess to ask if we could get drinks. Waitress finally showed up for drink order and it took another 12 mins for our drinks. My daughter has a gluten allergy so we order her the gluten free pancakes, waitress brings out all our food and has no idea which pancake is the gluten free one. After explaining this could make my daughter very sick if she got the wrong food the waitress Went back to the kitchen to have them make a gluten free pancake, by the time it was done we were already finished with our food. My 11 year old daughter took 2 bites of the gluten free pancake and refused to eat anymore. Waitress came back to give the ticket. We told her our daughter refused to eat the pancake cause it didn't taste right, her reply are you ready to pay? She didn't care what so ever. Will never be back to this restaurant. AVOID! Will be contacting corporate office also
Expect a lively atmosphere with a diverse menu and attentive service, making it a hit for various dietary preferences.

An unexpected gem in the heart of San Angelo. The vibe here, from the way it's decorated inside and outside to the music playlist to the people working, is top notch and so rare in west Texas. The BBQ grilled cheese sandwich, Cinnamon roll, and salted caramel and churro coffees with cold brew ice cubes were excellent. They even have a bunch of gluten free and vegan options on the menu, which is a life-saver for my wife with celiac. This place made our morning and we will be back every time we are in San Angelo!
My gluten free shrimp scampi was really good but my stomach did feel very uncomfortable the rest of the night. There might have been some cross contamination. But we did have great service!
Charming spot with a cozy vibe, exceptional flavors throughout the menu, and quality ingredients that make the experience worthwhile.

I can not express my thanks enough to this Double Daves. We placed a rather large order right at the beginning of the dinner rush, for delivery. I called the store and explained my daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiacs ( severe gluten allergy.) The driver assured us all utensils were cleaned, they took every precaution they could to not have her pizza contaminated.
Stopped in to pick up lunch and was very happy with how the staff was careful to separate our requested gluten free food away from the rest of our order.
With attentive service and a comfy vibe, this spot offers a solid dining experience, though the cornbread could use some improvement.

First of all if we can get a great server the entire experience is excellent. The past 2 times we've been we have had Veronica. She is EXCELLENT!! Our son has celiacs disease and she is very attentive and knowledgeable in making sure his food is kept as safe as possible. While other restaurant staff have rolled their eyes and huffed and puffed. So we really appreciate her consideration and will always ask for her if we go again. The food is good for this style of restaurant. It's not extraordinary, just good. The skillet cornbread seems like it's cooked early in the da and the popped in the oven for a few minutes. It's always hard and dry and the butter sitting on top should be at least kind of melting. But other than that, everything else is pretty tasty and comes out hot.
Very unique. Had never been before. Our chef made the fried rice fresh right there. He even flicked small bites into people's mouths. Steak & chicken were great. The firey display was impressive. Kindvof expensive and they don't have any gluten free (GF) options except white rice. Everything is cooked with soy so not GF.
*Solid* beer selection.
+/- 23 drafts.
+/- 9 of their own beers brewed on premise (which are all pretty good)
+/- 30 bottled/canned beers including a few cider and gluten free beer options.
In the running for best curated craft beer selection in town.
Quintessential brewpub food menu with appetizers, salads, sandwiches, seafood, burgers, steak, tacos - and it's all good. Full bar with wine and liquor too.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Brewer/owner is very passionate about his craft.
