I have eaten her several times and their sandwiches and coffees are good. Sadly, the thing that they are named after, not so much. I have had several of their sweet treats that have been very good but this was the second time buying a pecan sticky bun. First time when I brought it home I was sadly disappointed to see that it was dry. Got another one today and ate it outside and exact same thing. Looks delicious and completely dry inside like it was older or overcooked. Take it inside to the cashier and she tells me I cannot return it because we had eaten it. My husband and I each took a piece of it and confirmed it was dry and certainly not worth $7.50. she then proceeded to microwave it for at least a minute. I would think a bakery knowsthat you really can't microwave gluten for that long. The result was completely as expected. It would have been great if she had come out to ask if that was better but she did not. Our other guest ordered a sandwich and after quite some time she went to check on it and no one evidently noticed the ticket. I want to support local businesses but if a customer says that an expensive product like that is dry, a good customer service experience would not be to have the cashier question us and not offer to replace it immediately.

The old negative thing was that the music was quite loud. I feel that music should be quietly in the background, not in your face loud. I don't know if this was due to my seating which was by a speaker. Otherwise my experience was outstanding. My server, Darlene is my favorite and I always like ti ask for her if she's working when I come in. The steak was cooked just like I like and it was delicious. Ruby Tues. has the absolutely BEST cheese cake (I remove the crust due to gluten intolerance) anywhere!
