Was able to order Gluten free chips online and was delighted as there’s a lack of gluten free options in the area. However on arrival they informed me they didn’t have gluten free chips and offered me mash potatoes or a burger instead. I said I’d have a gluten free burger INSTEAD and proceeded to wait 15 minutes past my collection time for it only to be asked to pay an additional charge as “the burgers and chips are not the same price”. They said they tried to contact me prior to my arrival but I had not received a phone call and there was no calls in my missed calls. Really disappointing to be looking forward to a gluten free chippy only to be put on the spot and asked to chose alternatives and pay an additional cost for an issue that’s out of my control. Burger was nice though.

Really good food every time - always delicious and reheats very well the next day. I usually get the amber fire beef and the crispy chilli chicken and it is divine. Lots of vegetables in it and perfectly cooked meat in the order and they are able to do it gluten free for the coeliacs in our family.
