I was at this McDonald's last night and for the first time I had the pleasure of being served by Martina. I cannot help but underline her exemplary professionalism and the genuine care with which she relates to customers.
She was extraordinarily kind and attentive, promptly and efficiently managing every request. It is clear that she has excellent problem solving skills: she did not stop even in front of particular requests, finding a quick and functional solution, all with a positive, patient and respectful attitude. In a frenetic context like that of a fast food restaurant, her presence really makes the difference. Despite her young age, Martina demonstrated a customer care and dedication that are rarely found, and represents an added value for this store. Sincere compliments.
