Simply lovely! I went there during my visit at Hakone and as a celiac this was the best hamburger I've ever had. Me and my brother had 2 Box Burgers, 1 french fries and 2 craft colas, it was all DELICIOUS! Even the place and the staff, who is made by all women, was superb.
