I can't help but give top marks across the board. Great food, great service, and a clean restaurant. Most importantly for me, personally, this establishment is trained from front to back on gluten allergies. Only my daughter has this issue and she's quite sensitive to gluten contamination. She loved her lettuce-bun cheeseburger, fries and milkshake so very much. She had no issues with the food she enjoyed. As a parent with this rare issue, In & Out came through. It is one of the few places we can dine as a family. 10/10 we will be back, a lot.

The manager, I believe his name is Matthew, has excellent customer service and an astounding work ethic for a guy his age. He is friendly and you can really tell that he cares about the quality of his work. All of these attributes are seen in the staff because of the leadership here; making this an enjoyable and friendly experience. Every time I come in I get a giant #13 done the mikes way on a gluten free bun and this establishment will clean everything and use new knives and such to prevent cross contaminations. I got the OG Planet Sub and it was sooooo gooood. They customized it exactly how I wanted it. I got the whole sub and it was a hefty boy. Definitely got two meals out of it!
