For celiacs, this place gets it. Love that when ordering online, they have an option for normal gluten-free and an option for celiac gluten-free, because it is different and requires a different level of precaution and preparation.
Also LOVE that this is a place I can eat fries at! That doesn't happen too often, but they do have a dedicated fryer.
I also really like the gluten-free buns. Everywhere else, I opt for a lettuce wrap or bunless.
And the food is just great too!

Taco Vado is one of our favorite food joints in Spokane! The tacos and bowls and plates NEVER disappoint. We always leave here satisfied and full!!
