Place with very well done retro decor! An extraordinary staff of kindness and dedication: you can choose the cooking, change the sauce, even choose gluten-free bread for people with allergies! The icing on the cake is everything is homemade and very generous! My husband, a very good eater, had difficulty finishing! The cook takes great care of his customers and the manager is adorable! Basically a high quality chipotle. Exactly what I would expect. Great service, English speaking, awesome food quality and good atmosphere. The manager was very friendly and concerned our gluten intolerance. Hope to see more gluten free option in tacos soon.

Got the pistachio croissant and WOW. Absolutely the.best.croissant I have ever had. I can't wait to try the other dishes. It seems like they have an amazing selection for vegetarians and it looks like they have gluten free which would be HUGE for my poor daughter who is in the land of pastries and "le pain" and can't eat most of it. 5 stars!! Raphael is warm and welcoming, always with a friendly smirk and smile, ready to answer our questions and serve us delicious food (with a gluten-free option) as well as local bio wine. Wonderful ! Everything was delicious!!! Being vegan and gluten-free, I asked what they had (everything is vegan but not necessarily gluten-free), they had gluten-free alternatives to offer me and it was perfect! The restaurant room is small but given the quality of the dishes, they will grow and that in no way prevents you from enjoying the dishes! Come at least out of curiosity, you won't regret! Special mention to the black olive tapenade which was to die for!!! Absolutely affordable price, €15.90 for starter+main course+dessert and I wasn't even hungry for dessert (I took it with me)!

As a gluten free vegan, it can be incredibly difficult to find food while travelling through France, particularly on a Sunday afternoon! Eat Salad Carcassonne was a gem of a find amongst all the closed shops. The owner was so friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about offering a professional, healthy, hygienic and efficient service. The decor was lovely, covid safety was high tech, atmosphere was buzzing, and the food... I ate more than my body could fit because it was so moreish and delicious. As its so hard for me to find appropriate meals for my diet here, I had to rave about it :). I had a rice, rocket base with added roasted peppers, courgette, aubergine, crispy onions, olives, nuts, shredded carrot and corn, topped with a tasty soy dressing (soy might contain gluten but I risked it!) It's a change from other meal points in the area, and it allows you to eat a balanced meal: dessert is not obligatory 😂. Very kind staff, especially the young girl from McCafe who did not hesitate to make a salad without croutons, for a celiac person.... We find the products of better quality than near us, towards Toulouse.... weird 😅 The only small downside, probably due to the lack of experience of the young employees, the places leave something to be desired as long as the influx is greater. Dirty tables, horribly dirty toilets or the floor is clearly an ice rink....signal but almost an hour later still in the same state or worse... This is only constructive criticism, I must nevertheless point out the speed of the service in busy times.

I've been here several times with my mother and each time we look forward to coming back to take a break while we go shopping. Wide selection of bagels (there are also gluten-free bagels), toppings, menus, and smoothies. The desserts are also very good. On the other hand, I only gave 4 stars because one of the employees has long hair that is never tied up and almost touches the food and the sofas are no longer very clean/stained.

Coco and Lolo's truck offers homemade burgers, sandwiches, salads and desserts. Easy to park and you can take away or eat on site under the umbrella. They don't have industrial bread, but baker's bread. Everything is excellent. Perfect for those intolerant to gluten for whom they will replace bread with potato pancakes and they also know how to adapt to vegetarians. Coco and Lolo take care of their customers and are charming. Very good value for money given the quality of the products, the size of the portions and the quality of the cuisine. I always go there with great pleasure. I recommend 100%.

I loved it, there were no salads on display but a whole assortment of sandwiches, paninis etc. except that I can't, I am gluten intolerant and the team immediately reacted by offering several salads, they were very considerate and for 7.50 per salad, I was surprised by the maousse salad, wow!! Chic then. Thank you, thank you for finally allowing me to eat without feeling rejected..

We are spending a few days on vacation in Perpignan, we decided to go to this restaurant, we left very happy because my wife has food intolerances and was able to eat dinner without any problem. The owner of the business is an excellent person, we are Spanish and we don't have much of an idea. speaking French, seeing that he attended to us speaking what he could in our language, we were very happy with a big 10 for him, to say something against, the prices were very expensive, although I imagine that here in France it is normal, I had never paid a a bottle of beer for €7, and the dishes are excessively expensive, anyway, that's my opinion, I hope I don't bother anyone. PS. I recommend it 100X100, especially to people intolerant to gluten, try it!!

We booked for a birthday terrace evening meal, very nice place, it's nice to see such a good warm welcome team all smiling, we had a super efficient and kind server, despite the crowd several staff came by to ask us if everything going well, surprised by the quality of the burgers, homemade that changes everything, avocado burger of the moment for me a killer, my wife loved her gluten-free burger patty, the children were able to play arcades inside for free, desserts perfect and they didn’t forget to serve them to us with a candle…great, I recommend and thank you 🙏
