SPACCA Bergamo is a gem that is part of the AIC circuit, and represents a real resource for those looking for a gluten-free culinary experience in the city. The place, unfortunately a little small and chaotic, does not lose its charm. The quality of the food is excellent, the gluten-free "spacca" is delicious, prepared with fresh and carefully prepared ingredients. The staff is extremely kind, always ready to satisfy every customer need. Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to eat at Burger's House for the first time, we took the Classic Gluten Free Burger, the American Burger, two portions of rustic potatoes, sweet potatoes, the fried Salva in batter and the Brownie to eat with coffee. What can I say, a unique goodness, the burger meat was delicious, the fried saver and the sweet potatoes are amazing, I recommend anyone to try them (like the selection of gluten-free beers available). Given the beautiful day we ate abroad. Friendly and kind staff, with a special mention for Stefano, the boy who served us, really very kind and professional. :)

I advise not to eat too much cause I have food poisoning now but it's probably cause I simply ate too much not because of the food. Because the day before I ate from the same place and it was only one burger and nothing happened.

Very good dinner. Quality raw material. I would suggest some improvements: - handmade fried potatoes and if really breaded with cornstarch/rice etc.; - gluten-free draft beer; - (personally) I would prefer fried food spread out on a tray, so that the last pieces below don't get wet from the humidity of the pieces above. So everything remains homogeneous.

Close to the station and the center, access is step-free. the interior is small but welcoming. There are not many seats but with sofas and comfortable chairs. The toasts are customizable or you can choose their combinations and proposals. There are vegetarian versions and you can also choose the type of flour, cereals, wholemeal and gluten-free. We liked them a lot and the packaging is nice. An excellent alternative for lunch. If you are in the area and you are hungry it is a good solution.

We went there for dinner on a Sunday evening and had a great time! Gluten-free bread is available with which to replace all the menu options and other precautions for lactose intolerance. The atmosphere is simple and very welcoming and from the large windows you can see the lake and this creates an even more evocative environment, together with the fairy lights and the simple but chic furnishings. It is certainly even more beautiful outside in summer! We took a Big Mama Burger with normal bread and a gluten-free Crispy Burger: both beautifully loaded with ingredients, the meat very good and juicy, the bacon super crunchy and the sauces delicious. I also added a drop of spicy sauce to mine which broke up the other ingredients a bit and was a perfect touch. Both breads absorbed the various juices very well, delicious! We also took a dessert to share: the pistachio panna cotta. The pistachio cream on top was excellent and delicious, but I found the cream itself a little too solid but it was still good! I would say the quality/price ratio is fair for the products served and the wide variety of burgers offered, also available with chicken, fish and vegan! The service is fast and efficient but if that's right, we were a little cold throughout dinner because there was only the stove for heating and it was facing the opposite side of the room but nothing too extreme. We will definitely be back to try other burgers!!

15 minutes for a gluten-free burger that is frozen and packaged. I do not recommend for celiacs. It's like eating gum. Disgusting. Much better at McDonalds in Lugano, for example. The site is old. They do not have screens to see the order number.

Yummy burger! As for gluten-free: I was served a hamburger made up of very good, crunchy bread, I had to choose the chickpea burger (the only gluten-free one) and edamame instead of potatoes because there is flour on them . We love the Schiaccinoteca Toscana and we often stop by to enjoy a Schiacciata. The high quality ingredients, the abundance of fillings, the flatbreads that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, available in different doughs, the kindness and friendliness of the staff, everything makes the Schiaccinoteca Toscana a safe and tasty address for a quick lunch or for a evening in company. The menu is extensive and delicious and you can create your own Schiacciata by choosing from numerous fresh and genuine ingredients. A careful eye on vegetarians, vegans and gluten intolerants with dedicated proposals. A small but well-assorted shelf of Tuscan specialties (sauces, pasta, wines) offers whims or gift ideas. There are also proposals for craft beers and limited edition flatbreads, such as the one created in collaboration with chef Andrea Mainardi. Possibility of tasting on site (if there are many of you, I recommend the store in via Lamarmora), takeaway or delivery.

Very nice place in the historic center of Bollate. They have a huge assortment of flavours, both sweet and savory and you can choose three different piadina formats. At the moment we have only tried the sweet wraps: one white chocolate and the second Nutella and Smarties (gluten free). Both super seasoned and delicious. We will definitely come and try the savory ones too: we could become regular customers 😁
