WOW! Incredible! From the moment you walk in, the smell of freshly baked pastries to the customer service. The girls are lovely, and the product is sensational. I had never tried something gluten-free, sugar-free, and lactose-free that was so delicious. For me, it’s a must-stop every time I'm in Madrid.
This vibrant spot in Azca combines a fresh atmosphere with a diverse menu focused on seasonal, organic produce, perfect for health-conscious diners.

I love Honest Greens and have been to three of their locations over the years, one in Barcelona and two in Madrid. In terms of a lunchtime atmosphere, this one is my favourite! The decor is light and earthy compared to the moodier lighting at Gran Via (which is of course much busier at peak times).
The server was very friendly and patient when I didn’t recognise them saying my own name 😂😂 We pronounce it differently in England I swear!
Food is always of a very high standard and service is very fast. If you haven’t been before, I recommend getting the app so you can preorder your food and you don’t have to wait as long. You can also select your allergens in the app which helps refine your search and makes it super easy and safe.
I’d also recommend their refillable water over their juices, as I can’t recommend the juices due to the portion size and the cost. The flavoured water however is free to refill and costs half the price.
And finally, definitely get a slice of banana bread on the way out! The best gluten free/plant based bread I’ve ever had.
A cool spot with unique sandwich combos, friendly vibes, and options for everyone; just double-check your order for the best experience!

Whole sandwiches on display in the cabinet, but marked prices were actually for half sandwiches (did not know this until we received the half sandwich). Deal advertised with a combination of sandwich and coffee but not applied at checkout when coffee and sandwich were ordered. This could be our mistake - if you want this deal, ensure you specify clearly as it won't be applied if you don't ask. Service was polite. We observed a non Spanish speaker attempting to speak Spanish to the waiter and the staff helped this speaker patiently and respectfully to assist them in their practise, even though they were busy. Has vegan and gluten free options, which is great. We ordered both a vegan option and a meat option and they came wrapped together as one sandwich. This was fine for us, but if it is not fine for you make sure to specify at checkout.
Experience a delicious variety of options, with standout shakes and soft drinks, where everything is carefully prepared for dietary needs.

I have been several times, and I have to say that they are the best burgers, fries and shakes that I have ever had, although the price is somewhat higher than other chains, it has no comparison in quality and flavor. The wide variety of soft drinks, including Cherry Coke, is also very notable.
But I write this review not to talk about the quality of the food, but rather about my experience last Wednesday night:
Five Guys does not have many options for celiacs (from here I take this opportunity to ask you to please include some gluten-free bread option, although I understand the difficulties and risks involved), but there are certain ingredients in the shakes that do not contain gluten, beyond of possible environmental/cross contamination.
Well, I asked them for a smoothie for my daughter, who has celiac disease. The guy who prepared the smoothies took the utmost care to avoid any type of cross-contamination, and demonstrated perfect knowledge of the protocol in this regard. Previously, he showed me the allergen menu and explained to me the classification of the different ingredients. Thank you very much for making it possible for the girl to also have a smoothie with us.
Note: I edited this review based on my personal experience. Other people with celiac disease, I understand that they should evaluate their level of celiac disease and not assume my recommendation without any precaution and without prior information at the establishment itself.
