Called to asked if the food was gluten free as my son is celiac the lady’s response Yea yea yea! When question further she hung up the call, we then called back and she then said they only did gluten free Thursday and Friday! Make of that what you will
As a strictly GF/Celiac customer, eating out fills me with anxiety, worrying about cross contamination and creating extra attention by staff is awkward for myself and those I dine for.
The staff at this particular PH where friendly, helpful and went the extra mile with GF options with ease and reassurance! Despite dinning with family on a busy (for the staff) on Saturday afternoon, the staff still find the time to be so accommodating!
The food came out hot and quick, the children enjoyed the colouring in activities, and I felt completely looked after and understood without feeling like a burden!

I'm so happy they have introduced a gluten free option. Just been to this subway and met a loverly employee called Steven. Honestly was such a unexpected service due to entering at 8:30pm you don't expect to be greeted with a happy service. Had a little laugh and definitely made my night.
We had a great experience at Subway. I am on a gluten free diet and the server, who was welcoming and had a lovely smile, made sure that she changed her gloves and that all of her colleagues in the line also changed theirs when serving me. It is so reassuring to see such understanding of peoples dietary requirements. Well done.
I’m not sure if the guy there is the manager but this is the second time we’ve come in and after I told them I’m gluten free, he has cleaned every surface so there is no crumb in sight, all handles, made sure the food he put in wasn’t contaminated- I have not seen any other subway make this kind of effort for my allergies - in fact I’ve never seen any other place wipe the surface down…And I’ve been to a fair few!! As a celiac who gets very anxious with eating out, I have absolutely no fear when walking in. Best employee who deserves a raise.

We went as a family of 4, age range from 6 to 47. The staff were able to cater for us. Also, I'm coeliac and the chap was really helpful with checking what was and wasn't gluten free and adapting accordingly (unlike some places you go who literally throw an allergens folder at you), so 5 stars for that alone!! We all loved our food, nuggets, different types of burgers and various sides. Nice to sit in and eat too. Love the decor and it was clean and tidy.
Would absolutely recommend. 5 stars all round.
