I'm grain sensitive, which poses a challenge to any fast food attempt. Chick-fil-A has a gluten-free bun, which is a nice option not usually offered by fast food chains. There have been a few times staff have gotten my order wrong. But...they go above & beyond to make their customers happy and to make it right. Kale Crunch salad rocks. Vanilla shakes flavorful. I miss the classic Chick-fil-A sandwich, but glad I can still enjoy their food and service.

I am gluten free and vegan, love the sofritas but I can't have corn or dairy, I would love to order on uber eats or door dash but you can't make any adjustments...
Tonight we went in and dealt with Jonathon, what an impressive young man. He was professional kind enthusiastic all while being short staffed, dealing with some angry lady about your broken ice machine. We thought he was a manager. He is a diamond in that place. Someone needs to recognize how well he delegates to staff like he is a manager, he puts out fires and all with a smile. It was a pleasure for my hubby and I to meet you tonight.
One really good GF fast food option.
OK, so gluten free food and fast food are typically contradictory terms, but hey, you do what you gotta do when you're eating strictly gluten free. But Chick-fil-A does offer grilled chicken nuggets with a really diverse choice of dipping sauces. So with french fries it's a quick, on-the-go GF meal that's oh so hard to find in other fast food venues.
While I can't address anything else on the menu (the fried foods are wheat flour breaded), I can say Chick-fil-A is now a fairly regular stop for me since finding out how good those grilled chicken nuggets are.
I have a gluten and dairy allergy, so I love coming to Culver’s for their gluten-free bun. This location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I ordered a butter burger and it came with just meat and the bun. And dry as hell

My daughter has celiac disease and has a hard time finding a place that will prepare her food cautiously to allow her to enjoy a good meal. Ian and Mason were amazing and took such care of making her sandwich so that she felt comfortable with eating some thing that came from a sub shop.

Poppo’s on University is a favorite spot for fresh tacos, bowls and burritos for my husband and me. So I was excited to see they offer catering and planned a surprise work lunch for 20 folks for my husband’s birthday in Downtown Sarasota. I spoke with managers Summer and Bryson on a couple of occasions as they helped me figure out the best options for our crowd. They accommodated our dietary requests (gluten free & vegetarian) with assurance. Great communication every time! Friendly & helpful over the phone, just like every time we’ve been there in person, too. We love their whole team. I also really appreciated the call in advance of delivery & upon arrival so we could coordinate the set-up. Super pleased that they include everything you need to keep the food fresh, hot and easily served, with bowls, silverware and serving utensils, too. Everyone raved about their lunch and knew why it was the birthday guy’s favorite. Could not have had a better experience. Awesome birthday lunch, thanks again!
Gluten free and Celiac friendly on the baked potato (tell them allergies) and on the frosty. One of the few fast food places where you can go for Celiacs. Thank you to the staff at this location!!!
