We visited Brooks on NYE 2024. The place was packed. My wife has celiac disease and we had a minor scare. Our server wasn't on top of her game that night, but it was busy. Management was very supportive about the gluten issue and my wife did not have a reaction. All of our meals were excellent. Cannot stress how profoundly attentive the owners/mgmt were to us. We will be back!

I went in to get a sandwich thinking I was going to get my usual unwich as I have Celiac disease. I decided to try their Gluten free bread since it was advertised on their windows. The woman who made my sandwich was AMAZING! First question was allergy or preference and when I told her allergy she took it sooo seriously. Even confirming it was okay to grill my sandwich (I had requested it this way) on their regular grill as it may have crumbs from their other bread.
I was so impressed how she handled my order. Her precision, accommodation, and genuine care is what really stood out. Fresh gloves, fresh cutting board, making sure it didn't touch anything else.
I will absolutely be going back! Wonderful staff and service!

I’m gluten free (not by choice). I’ve been waiting many years for the opportunity to enjoy a sub with good gluten free bread. Well, I found it!! It is so refreshing to have found Jersey Mike’s and this location is great! I have a gluten allergy, so cleanliness is very important to me. Every time I visit this location the employees are always welcoming and the store is very clean. Without even asking, the staff always confirms if I have an allergy and are extra careful with preparing my order. I feel cared for. Then for an extra treat they even have gluten free cookies for me to enjoy! I am so glad to have found this place and I will continue to use this location!
Great restaurant, certainly a hidden gem. Not advertised, but they have gluten free buns as well! Don't let the strip mall location fool you. Great service and atmosphere, if you like burgers be sure to check them out

I love the Gluten free grilled nuggets and the grilled chicken sandwich is good on their gluten free bun. The bun is softer and does taste better than the gluten free bread in grocery stores. Thank you.
Overall great experience. Food was fresh, exactly how I asked. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. I didn't even have to bring it up. My order was perfect. Two crunchy tacos, double steak, no cheese, and no supreme. Perfectly executed.The young man on duty tonight was very good. Great Taco Bell experience.
