Delicious pizza and the restaurant had a nice vibe. We ordered a gluten free pizza with several toppings - it was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly. It was Saturday night and most tables were full, but they still has some open tables for us. Very fun and satisfying evening at Uncle Paul’s.
This spot is perfect for classic New York hot dogs with unique options for different diets; just be prepared for limited seating!

I have celiac disease and don't eat meat…wonderful to find a place like this that meets my needs. They have both gluten-free bread and vegetarian hot dogs. Really very good!
Ask about dietary requests as the service might not always follow them; ideal for a quick grab-and-go experience with solid food options.

Get ready for a deliciously creative twist on classic sandwiches, but be prepared for some premium prices!

Literally one of the best veggie sandwiches I’ve ever had! I switched out the honey mustard for the hummus and was able to get it made on gluten free bread. It was quite pricey though. $16 for JUST the sandwich and I’m pretty sure there was an upgrade for gluten free even though the gluten free bread is always way smaller than regular bread and possibly an up charge for the hummus.
I'm vegan and was looking for a quick meal in Grand Central and there are limited options, which is not the fault of Shake Shack. What IS the fault of Shake Shack was getting my order wrong TWICE, worse the second time than the first, and when I got it the third time, pickles had been removed for no particular reason. If I have to order the "veggie" shack with no cheese, no shack sauce, no bun (instead a lettuce wrap that was an unnecessary amount of lettuce), and no crispy onions, the least you guys could do is leave me my beloved pickles. Also getting rid of the vegan milk shakes you guys had was a massive mistake. They were only alright but improved the vegan Shake Shack dining experience greatly. PLEASE just put a vegan burger on the menu as something easier to order, you already have a gluten free bun option, just get a vegan one too I swear to God they're not that hard to come by.
Food is delicious, staff are kind, and they’re super Celiac disease friendly. They’ve been in my lunch rotation for a while now, and I’ve never got sick from gluten exposure with them.
