My doctor recently recommended I adopt a more Mediterranean-style diet due to my health conditions, including Celiac disease, Crohn's, IBS, and Hashimoto’s Disease. Finding places where I can safely eat without worrying about cross-contamination is a challenge, but I’m so grateful I discovered Pasha. I now eat here at least once a week, and I’ve never gotten sick, which speaks volumes about their attention to food safety and cleanliness. The food is always incredibly fresh and flavorful, even when I go in around 1 PM. The buffet line is always spotless, and the seating area and bathrooms are always immaculate. The staff is consistently fast, friendly, and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. Words can’t fully express how delicious and worthwhile this restaurant is. If you're looking for fresh, safe, and truly refreshing Mediterranean food, I highly recommend Pasha!
