We had such a great experience here and the food was AMAZING! Gia Franco helped us and he was so kind and helpful. I also have Celiac Disease and they had a GF bun!!! Definitely recommend coming here for some good burgers.

Food was excellent according to my fiancée but I didn’t feel comfortable eating there myself I have celiac disease and have to ask questions before I can order to keep myself safe I asked if they have gluten free buns when I tried to ask another question I was cute off by employee turning around in a huff and walk away . It made me very sad because if she can’t even take the time to answer my question she sure as hell won’t take the time it takes to keep me safe to eat at this restaurant. There are very few places me and my fiancé can eat together and he said the food was great but service is sometimes more important to me and employee completely failed with me

Most Chick-fil-As are good places to eat. The one on Cougar Blvd. in Provo, Utah is as good as they get. Always clean. Always friendly. And the service is exceptional. My wife suffers from celiac and needs gluten-free options and these folks cheerfully work to make it happen.

Update: Mo’Bettah reached out to me a few days later and gave me a coupon to replace the meal and mentioned that they will have a staff discussion about this. I really appreciate them trying to make it better. Because of that I have changed my review from 1 to 4 stars and will no longer be avoiding this location. Original review: I have celiac disease and therefore can’t eat gluten and so I don’t get the macaroni salad because I can’t eat it. I did a pick up order and found macaroni salad at the bottom of the container as if someone had put it in the container before reading the order and then tried to scoop it out. Because cross contamination will get me sick this meant I was not able to eat my order. I will not be returning to this location. Such an easily avoidable waste of food, money, and time.

Thai Simple Dish is a hidden gem of Provo! It’s a very simple and cozy atmosphere with delicious menu options (including gluten free!). The portions are very hefty and worthwhile. We received a cup of savory soup to enjoy before our meals. Highly recommend, lots of love in these meals.

I can't decide whether the gluten free bun is better here or at Chubbies. I like the burger overall better at JCW's. I have tried the Mushroom Swiss and the Pastrami Burgers both places. I prefer JCW's. Nether has gluten free fries
I can't eat gluten so their unwich is awesome! The service was quick and friendly. I've been to this location multiple times and probably will be back again.
I’m typically not a fan of fast food, but my experience here was so personal that I have to share. The employees were so good to me! I was with friends but didn’t order anything because money was pretty tight, and the lady working the shift came and brought me a lemonade and catered to my gluten free dairy free needs by bringing a salad. It was so thoughtful, and made for a happy experience.

I've always loved the cheese steaks, but I especially have to thank them for offering a 'protein style' for gluten-free customers. Not quite the same experience without the roll, but 5 star food all the same. (Also, the Riverwoods location always seems to have really good music playing.)
